Absolutely loved living here. Ms. Michelle is great and my girls love her. The entire staff do everything they can to make sure there are no problems at any time. If I ever decide to move back to the area, I will be going here first

I love living at GreenBrier Estates. Especially management anytime I have a problem, they always fix the issue right way. The renovation was awesome the apartments now have dishwashers, which I love.

Had a very terrible experience living here. We lived In those apartment for 11 months and ended moving out into a big house for over 100$ less that what we were paying in rent here and got a 3rd bedroom for that price.
The management dosent care for you as people.

Managed by slumlords they had bedbugs and roaches they don't keep up their units they don't treat them properly

Poor management. Needs to learn how to treat tenants. Don't tell people everything up front. Such as, they control your heat and turn it off and on whenever they want. And other things as well. I give management a - 100 on a scale of 1-10.
If you have an opinion and voice it, management can make your life hard.
Management shows favoritism towards certain tenants.
Manager and Secretary are Michelle Bennett and Crystal Snuffer. Watch out for them! !!! They make up lies on perfectly good tenants just to get them out of there. They let people stay that beat up their girlfriend and also let drug dealers live there.
Would not recommend renting here. Looks nice on outside but, looks can be deceiving!!!response / report this review
