Personally, giving a 3/5 stars for my last experience here. I love the Green Reed Spa, I have been a costumer for years, going for massages 2-3 a year. I have never had a problem paying for the spa or services because the massage was always great and I loved the spa. A couple months ago, my partner and I went for a spa treatment to celebrate her birthday and this had been the first time I booked our couples massage later in the day. Now, remind you, that when I made my appointment over the phone with Green Reed about 2 weeks prior, NO ONE warned me about closing times. I understand, times change, and that’s okay for a buisness but would appreciate a notice from staff. I booked my massage for 4:45 pm- no biggie, sounded great. Got there, had the massage- and it was great, but to come out of my massage to be notified from a staff member to return to the locker room because the spa was closing in 10 minutes (remind you after my hour long couples massage it was 5:50). I asked a staff member if we could still go to the spa for maybe 10-15 minutes and they shook their head no. You can imagine how frustrated we both were to know that I simply just paid over $300 for some massages. Everyone who comes to the Green Reed Spa would hope and look forward to using the SPA! Not once did a staff member alert me of the times over the phone that would limit me on my experience. Not once did a staff member from the time I checked in, warn me about the time limit after my massage. Oh, but you can bet the staff surly made me pay and tip up front prior to my massage because “they didn’t want me to feel rushed”. Are you joking me? If all I wanted was a massage, I would have gone elsewhere and paid for a massage. Not spend the money to go to a spa and essentially be denied spa services from staff for poor warning on their part. Either Green Reed Spa needs to close out that time slot, or make your customers aware that they won’t get to use any of your spa services!

Unless you want to be ripped off don't go to this place. They charge me triple what I signed for which ended up being $1000 more than the 750 I signed for also my husbands credit card was on file from A visit about six months ago they also charged his card $800 and he wasn't even with me. And he deftly didn't approve this charge so definitely make sure you don't let these thieves get a hold of your card number and keep it on file months after you received your services. Also the woman who did my facial spend more time talking About nonsense then doing my facial I paid for an hour facial which is $120 and she only worked on me for 20 minutes. The other services are OK definitely not worth the price. The woman at the front desk was more worried about gossiping about other clients and coworkers to even take my payment right away. If you want a relaxing Spa day Don't go here . Worst spa experience ever! So they obviously tip themselves very well or charge me for somebody else the services and my husband's card which was only on file from my previous visit avoid this place at all cost. If I can give them minus stars I would this place doesn't even deserve one star.

Melanie did a color correction/ highlight on my hair and it was an amazing result! I'm so happy with what she did and my time at the spa was so wonderful, was a wonderful gift from my husband :)

The male attendant was 10 minutes late . We started the treatment 20 minutes behind schedule but he ended in time and I was charged the same .
He said he would give me extra time if I came back !?!

This place is amazing! Talk about a sanctuary in the city!!! The spa is beautifully designed and well kept, the music is relaxing, the therapists are amazing and the customer service is fantiastic! The best part is, when you book a service for $65 or more you get access to the spa for the entire dayI love that and to me, it's a great value! They also have discount days for NM residents on Tuesdays!! If you haven't tried it, you should!! Now to find time on Tuesdays!

This is the nicest facility I have seen in New Mexico. For any service over $65 you get to use the facility, I worked out, steamed, sauna's and soaked and then get my hair done! My best day off in a long time! The staff are so welcoming and the environment is fabulous. I had my hair color done by Melanie. She was so creative and fun and did a fantastic job. She used an additive that gave my hair more body, it's easier to style now, and I'll be back!

This Spa is on sovereign land, what the public does not know is that it is not regulated by the state. Sandia does not follow anyone's rules but their own. Which means the safety and Health of the clients is comprimized. It is Dangerous, unsafe and this place is horrifying. The moral is low, the quality is low, the management is low, the rate they pay their employees is that of slave labor. Their attention to detail and the costumer is the lowest of low..take your business to Dignified company that follows the rules and regulations that the rest of the Spa world follows..Evil company all the way around!!!!

Good time, basic Amenitieshot tub, cold tub, hot and wet sauna. The issue is a day pass, they raised the rates from 35 bucks to 40 per person during the week. But 50 bucks for the weekends. All of this is before tax..so 2 people it's 85.00. I would go here more often, but I'm thinking of finding a different place to go and spend my cash.
