Very professional, friendly and make you feel quite comfortable. It is more of a family atmosphere. The staff are all very kind, supportive and positive. I felt as if I knew Jennifer my whole life. They are quite eager to assist and please you regardless if it's just offering you coffee or trying to fit your budget! I am very happy that they are so wonderful even on the phone.

I can not say enough great things about this location! All of the women were so kind and compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable during my procedure and I left feeling educated. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

My experience with Ideal Image is always wonderful. Last year I purchased a great package ( Laser hair removal for Brazilian and armpits ) with Jennifer. She was very professional and knowledgeable to what would work on my darker skin. I walked in uncertain if laser was for me and walked out comfortable with my decision and purchase. Now I am a few appointments short of being finished and I absolutely love my results! I plan to do my lower legs next. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Felisha usually works on me and she is great! She always makes me feel at ease and comfortable.

I was nervous my first time coming here (never had any of these services before) but the staff was VERY welcoming and patient. I was not able to get services at that time and instead of being frustrated with me I found the consultant and staff to help me figure out a better time to come back and encouraged me. I was so pleased when I did come back and was able to get the services I was hoping for. The consultant took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. I was VERY pleased and will definitely be returning! Thanks Ideal Image!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming ,and the nurse providing my treatment was very efficient, knowledgeable , and concerned with my comfort during and after treatment .

My experience with the services I've had has been good. The problem is that I financed Botox and have not been able to use it. They do not have an injectionist at this location anymore. Every time I call they have some different excuse or explanation. They'll have one next month or they're working on hiring someone. It's been 6 months. They're liars and cheats. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Also I bet they leave some comment about how sorry they are on this post and I bet nothing changes.

I do agree that the customer should be given the amont they will have to pay for the services prior to signing a contract. The customer should have the right to decide and time to think about it. If the sales person provided the customer with the cost before any onligation they should honor it for at least 10 to 30 days. When i was in my consultation i asked what the cost would be and was told i would get that once i made a commitment. Ideal image needs to revaluate how they consult. Even going to a lawyer or car dealer will provide you with how much before you have to sign on the dotted line.

I will not tell anyone how to spend their money, but if you want poor treatment, pay 1.5 times more for a service than their competitors, and feel angry, then this is the place for you.

I will never step into this place or any of its other locations ever again. Their business practice and how they handle their sales and promotions disgust me to the point that I made an account to write this review.

According to the consultant I spoke to when I was there, they only allow people access to the sale prices if you pay for the service at the first consultation meeting you go to. If you come back later (during the duration of the sale, not after the end of the sale), you cannot have access to those sale prices anymore even though you are within the time limit of the sale and they are advertising the sale without ANY DISCLOSURE of the details. Not only that, say you made an appointment and are approved for a payment plan with this business for a service in the future. If you wish to cancel this arrangement (within the reasonable 24 hours businesses ask), WITHOUT getting any service done to you, according to the consultant I spoke to, it's going to be a difficult process and you may still have to pay them for simply changing your mind! This screams of a business not confident in their abilities to give a satisfactory service to their customers, if they have to resort to pressure tactics.

Legitimate businesses like Macy's Department store will not advertise a product on sale until 2:00pm, and then tell a customer at 11:00am that if they don't buy that product then and there, they're no longer able to purchase that product at the sale price of they come back any time before the 2:00pm deadline. If you go into a restaurant and order a menu item, as long as you contact your waiter / waitress within a sufficient amount of time, you are able to change your order WITHOUT any consequences like paying for the initial order.

As I said to the consultant who explained these practices to me, "That's a shady and strange way to treat your customers who are paying a significant amount for a specific service."
