My children loved it here. They could play in the playland for hours. There was a good selection of games, as well as prizes. The pizza was pretty good too.

They’ve changed the play center since I was a kid. Used to there would be holes In the nets where you could easily fall 15 feet if you weren’t careful. The new one is too safe and up to code lol. And wish they would have left the ball pit not seeing it in these pictures.

A fun place for kids to unwind and for grownup to have a good time. There are video games upstairs, ski-ball and other games to win tickets for prizes. The best deal (and a great way to wear the kids out) is the funhouse with climbing and sliding.
Outside, IN season, there are bumper boats and go-karts that are a blast.
They also have food service with okay food like burgers and pizza. It's okay if you are hungry, but I would not go out of my way to eat here.response / report this review -

Decent pricing and a lot of different things to do. Also, surprisingly, the food was pretty delicious. You can tell a lot of the bread items they make themselves. They have your typical entertainment venue food-pizza, breadsticks, chicken tenders, dipping sauces, but it was really good for what it is. I think the mini golf is possibly old and worn down, or I'm a sore loser, but it seemed like almost every hole on the 'red' course wasn't flat where it should be and there were lots of unexpected dips. They have a few different go cart courses, which is cool.

Took my nephew here a couple weeks ago, and we had a BLAST! The go-kart guys were attentive and very helpful. The park was incredibly well kept too. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place! I brought my nieces and some friends here over this past weekend and everyone had a blast! The staff was super friendly and there was so much to do! I'm extremely impressed with the customer service. The manager working walked us around to show us what all the kids could do (super appreciate of her taking the time to do that, very rare experience compared to most other places) kiddie karts, playland, mini golf, bumper boats, plus go-karts for the older kids literally something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back soon!

This place has it all. I love watching my boys eyes light up as soon as we walk through the door.
Great place to host your Birthday party, or just a nice little family excursion. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is great. This is a well managed establishment that has been serving our community for years. We will continue to visit and recommend it for years to come.response / report this review -

Horrible place - irresponsible and don't care for customers
Unfortunately - there is no negative star option available, I would pick negative 5 stars if that option were available. This place is horrible from customer service and responsibility standpoint. I went there with my friends and family hoping for fun for the kids and purchased a 20 ride pack. We had two groups, realized they have 10 ride packs, so asked them to split into two 10 ride passes - they flatly declined. Went back to take a ride; since I was taking a 4 yr old with me, I told the riders to keep an eye on my 10 yr old and her ticket as I had to give the 20 pack to her as they wouldn't let me just pre-pay/punch when I asked, giving me no option to keep ticket with me. By the time I came back from my ride - my daughter was already on the ride and therefore waited for her to return to find out that she does not have the ticket only after using 4 rides altogether. I asked the management to do something about it - they showed me the sign that says 'we are not responsible for lost tickets'. How rude and how pathetic - they did not let me use the options I tried, they flatly lied that they gave to my daughter, rather than fulfilling customer request or handing the ticket package to an adult -daughter started crying, whole trip was ruined.
I would not recommend anyone going to this place. There are other places with real customer service and sense of responsibilities that are meant for fun. This place is meant for cheating parents, making money and forgetting the customer service/no one cares here, including management (may be when I was there, the manager was rooky without experience, but I could see a lot of negative ego in her)response / report this review -

Greatimes is the standard in fun. They've been around since I was a kid and have stayed relevant and modern all this time. The pizza is pretty good. The jungle gym area is nice and clean. The go karts are just right! And the put out course is awesome.

We had my son's 5th birthday party at Great Times today. We went with package B and it was great for our group! All the kids got tokens, an attraction pass, pizza, drinks, and a party bag to take home! Our hostess Kasey was the best! She brought us extra paper towels and plates when needed and she was wonderful with our kids! The buy one get one free pizza was another wonder feature that helped feed our hungry guest! It was a beautiful day and we got to ride go carts and play putt-putt! The little ones loved the end door play area. This won't be our last birthday at Great Times!!!

Greatimes Family Fun Park is not what the name implies. My girlfriend took her little sister there for a birthday party, where a group of three men preceded followed her around the entire time, whistling and cat calling her. It was incredibly offensive. The three harassers' behavior eventually escalated to making extremely graphic sexual remarks toward my girlfriend, and they would not stop following her, despite there being children around, and after they received many requests to stop. It reached the point where my girlfriend genuinely feared for her safety and had a panic attack. I was working at the time, but I immediately took a break to call her and calm her down. I told her she needed to inform someone, because not only did this scenario pose potential danger to her, but also to any other women that may be by themselves, or god forbid, someone like that might endanger the children. The comments made by the three men were certainly not appropriate for young ears. It would've put me just slightly at ease, had an employee dealt with the matter responsibly. That of course did not happen. My girlfriend, after informing a male employee of the other three men, expected the employee to force the men to leave. I myself was nearly ready to call the authorities. Instead of kicking the men out that were sexually harassing my girlfriend though, this employee had the audacity to laugh at her, only to tell her to "learn to take a compliment." Needless to say, after hearing this response I was furious. Imagine, your loved one, legitimately fearing for their own safety, being told by the people that are employed to help them that they need to deal with it. If I had been there I might have literally beaten that man to the point of hospitalization. To say I was livid would be an understatement. I was beyond enraged. I would never, ever, take my family there; to a place they might be in danger, and where employees will only endorse that kind of awful behavior. I warn all of you that read this to not take your families there either. The only reason I rated this place one star, was because I could not give it a lower rating. Greatimes Family Fun Park is not a safe place to take your family, as long as they allow people inside that will make it an unsafe environment, and as long as the employees are too horribly incompetent to confront matters such as the one my girlfriend faced. Please, do not take your family to Greatimes Family Fun Park.

Is a much better option than that Mouse E.Cheese'salot more to do during the nice weather months! They really need to work on getting new games,spent most of the time chasing down staff members for tokens refunds, or tickets that were jammed in the slots! Over all my 11,and 2 or old girls enjoyed themselves for a little over 20 dollars!
