This is the only place I would stay. Fantastic ppl. R so nice. I'm in a wheelchair and they go above and beyond to. They keep it very clean. The pools r great. They work very hard to make sure the water is sparkling. I love staying here. 10 stars 4 all.

Warning to future buyers!! If you are thinking about buying a time share with Grand Seas or any Exploria Resort, DON’T! They continue increasing maintenance fees every year, they are not responsive when trying to contact them, and they even hung up on me! I paid the $2500 to get out of the timeshare and surrender my week back to them once I realized how difficult it is to transfer to another location other than Orlando and Daytona. They have not sent me the release form. They took my money but now won’t call me or email me back. Be careful, it is a scam! Now I have to pay for an attorney to get involved.

I am a former employee and was recently given a day off from the G.M. after I came back from my scheduled day off due to circumstances beyond my control. The general manager treats the guests and staff like dogs and has her son and nephew working there as well. Her son who is a supervisor there, pretty much treats staff members the same way. Between the black mold in many areas of the resort, the leaky windows, A/C's and ceilings, things breaking and old out dated furniture and appliances the place seemed to be falling apart while I worked there. The newly opened restraurant is over priced and other than the french toast is average at best. My review is for both the guest and the employee side.

Grand Seas Resort is conveniently located in beach side Daytona Beach. There are many great restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The best part is the pool deck. The pool deck is clean, seldom overcrowded, has beach access and both pools are incredibly refreshing. The outdoor tiki bar has great drinks and the ability to order food. I would recommend Grand Seas.

Right on the beach with a beach view from our room. Kitchenette in room had been updated in the last 10 years, good for saving money on meals. Everything was clean and other than the worn in mattress very nice overall for an older resort.

Nice place, polite employees but could use a better cleaning service to prepare condos for guests. Overall a pleasant stay with nice pools and beach out the back door. Plenty of restaurants and bars to spend time when not lounging around pools.

With holes in tattered, cut-off, old and worn out blankets, extremely hard beds, ratty, torn and worn out furniture, Grand Seas Resort was everything but Grand. We had to buy a mattress pad because the bed was so hard we could not sleep the first night. The first day at a ridiculous hour in the morning the service was pounding on our door. There dishwasher half-washed the dishes. And whats best was when we were told that half of the hotel was actually a motel before. I left my home for this?!?!?!

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very pleased. While the resort is under renovations, it is still clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful at every turn. This is a time share property, and once renovated in full, we will be buying one here.

The service was awesome. Every worker was very nice and helpful. They had a pool party with music and games that was fun for all ages. They even had putt putt golf on site. The beach access was also great. Will definitely be coming back!

The front desk staff was not at all informative at check-in, so make sure you ask questions. At check-out I was informed that the pool bracelets needed to be turned in or they will charge you. Nothing was said at check-in nor was there a courtesy call letting us know the check-out process. There were no planned activities for the entire week. Even though it is under construction some music or games would have been nice. The rooms are very used and old, but I understand this for a hurricane area. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our 2 bedroom room on the fifth floor has been phenomenal. Amazing ocean view. It has a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, glasses, etc. They are still renovating but every staff or crew member I have come across has said hello or smiled and waved. We booked 4 nights and this is my final night. I'm sad to go!
