Overall I had a good experience with this dealership. Sales person (Arvin) was helpful, friendly and easy to work with although I was not able to get him to give me a jacket or hat😀. The financing (Tony) experience was probably the best that I have every had.

I was disappointed that the truck that was advertised and the one that I came to buy was not available due to a recall issue. I felt like this was a little "bait and switch", but in the end I ended up with most of the features that were advertised, but at a slightly higher cost.

Also the salesman told me that they would remove and return the 5th wheel mounting rails in the bed, only to find out that they wanted to charge me $150.

Grand Prairie Ford was able to get me in right away when my check engine light came on. The customer service representative has very friendly and set me at ease with the whole process. They even let me go into the shop to see what was going on with my car. I just moved to town and it set my mind at ease knowing that I wouldn’t have to worry about getting things taken care of.

The people at Grand Prairie Ford were very welcoming and friendly to me. I had a very pleasant time buying a new F-150.
My salesman, Arvin Proctor, and the general manager, Jesus Rodriguez, were very kind, cordial gentlemen.
I know from my experience that all of the folks I dealt with at Grand Prairie Ford put in a very good effort to make sure I was pleased and fully satisfied with my shopping experience. Not to mention, I also love my new truck! So, to that extent, I am most certainly pleased. I recommend Grand Prairie Ford very highly.

The service was great. Nicky she was the best I have ever worked with. She kept me updated with what was happening with my car. She made the phone calls needed. The whole time I knew I was in good hands with Nicky. Thanks again.

At 20 years old, I made my first major vehicle purchase yesterday, 2017 Ford Fiesta. And I am so pleased with how smooth and easy the process was. I walked in there looking for a used vehicle and walked out in a bright and shiny new car. Thank you to Arvin for helping me get this amazing car!! Defiantly will return for future car purchases!!!

There should be a zero star! They don't deserve a star!
I took my wife's F150 to the body shop for repairs. It took them about two weeks for them to do the repairs. They call to tell me that the truck was ready. I inspect the repairs. I don't want to go into detail because I will have to write a book. I took the truck back and it took almost a month to finish. When I went to pick it up. It still had a few issues, I took the truck home, because I was feedup with the poor workmanship and the lack of interest to please the customer!

I wish i could give them zero stars. We took our Flex in for repair and had to return 2 more times (3 times total) before the repair was correct. When we received the vehicle back the 3rd time, we found broken parts related to the repair (parts that had to be removed to get to the repair). After several conversations all the way up the chain of command (from Service specialist, up to Kurt, and then up to his boss Jeff) over the course of a couple weeks, GP Ford refused to acknowledge their mistake. GP tried to claim it was a defective design and tried to get Ford to pay for the broken parts. As I kept reminding GP Ford, if they did not have to repair the same mechanism 3 times, then we probably would not have experience the "defective design" that GP was claiming. We are a Ford family and will be taking all our business elsewhere.

Auto Service Thieves! Service department told my friend that the reason for the knocking in steering column and loosenes on his 2008 Escape was because steering column was all but gone. They told him it was a $1500 job. At that point they believed them and told the service guy to do the job. When they got the car back they took it to another mechanic to see if they put in a whole new steering column. The mechanic looked at it and laughed and apologized but he basically said they stole their hard earned money. The only thing that was changed was the Intermediate Steering Shaft Lower Coupler which is only a $30 part and an hour job at most. This dealership steals money at the service department! This is simply unacceptable for a dealership to be that low to steal money in that manner. After a quick google search it seems that the 2008-2012 escape have this known issue. Taking advantage of people's hard earn money.
Shame on you Grand Prairie Ford!

    BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

Went in to find a part. Had to go to actually take a photo of the part from a new car. Just needed to get in a car. Ask a salesman named Jackie. He told me one of the cars would be open out in the lot. So I took my daughter out in the lot in a 100 degree weather and trusted him. No car was open. This salesman just treated us like he didn't have time for a customer of Ford. He was only out for himself. He was a complete liar. As a salesman I think you would want avoid being a liar. Well when we got back in dripping of sweat, other individual helped me get in the car I needed to take a quick photo, which took all of 5 minutes. He was apologetic for what happened to me before. I would avoid the saleman named Jackie, he had no concern for customer service, our comfort, or even my daughters health in the heat. HE JUST LIED TO US SO HE COULD MOVE ON TO A SALE! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP IN MY 25 YEARS OF BUYING CARS, 20 YEARS OF BUYING FORDS. I do want to state I got my part. The effort of those that help was amazing. BUT IT WAS STILL THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

Will not be returning or recommending. My husband took our Fusion here to get a the door latch recall fixed. We actually had a door latch fail, so we really needed the fix. A lady with the service department told my husband that our car was NOT under recall (it is, we looked it up by VIN number) and that she needed him to authorize a $50 charge to run a diagnostic on it to figure out what was wrong. He declined to authorize and again stated it was under recall and it was the recalled part that had failed. She advised him to come pick up the car since he wouldn't authorize the $50 charge. We've made an appointment with Westway Ford, who not only found our car on the recall list, but has arranged a 2-day rental so we are not further inconvenienced. Avoid this place if you can. Super shady trying to scam more money for people who just need a simple recall fix. This is no way to conduct business in this modern world of people who write online reviews for crappy businesses.

Arvin, Tony, and the whole team are on point. Arvin carefully listened to all our needs and wants and spent as much time as we needed to choose. We were never pressured or rushed to make a decision. Once we did choose.. the financing went smoothly and Christine was awesome. Then the final delivery of our new truck was great. We got a walk around the entire vehicle to explain what everything did. Last but not least Tony made sure we were happy and sent us on our way with our new beautiful truck. I couldn't be happier and we will make the 5+ hour drive for this experience again in the future for truck number 2.

Top notch experience! Arvin did an amazing job of listening to our wants AND budget. There was absolutely no pressure and let us lead the sale. The rest of the staff was also respectful of our time and got us in our new truck faster than any other car-buying experience I've ever had. No reasons to come back to the dealership. All done in 1 day. Also, Arvin told us he has been at GP Ford for 12+ years. THAT says a lot - great place to buy, great place to work, apparently. We'll be back!

Grand Prairie Ford is the closest dealer to me but I will never do business with them again. Sales may be great but their service department is ran poorly. I have send to different vehicles over for service and you can't get any answers and don't plan on doing anything for the day. Just a simple oil change takes 5 hours when you make an appointment. If I could give them zero stars I would. It's worth the time to drive an extra 10 minutes and go to any other Ford dealer. The other local dealers will treat you the way you expect.

I am purchasing a car today and have had a great experience! The sales consultant Arvin is the guy to seehe's patient and not a typical pushy sales person. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all or went and found the answer. The manager Daryl introduced himself and remembered who I was the next time I came in. Lastly, the pricing was great! I do recommend doing your research online before coming just so you know what a vehicle is worth.
