Typical used car dealership who is looking to just sell. Once they have you in the car you want, they just want you to sign the papers and get out for the next person to come on in.
You ask for details for trade in values along with new car pricing and they are good at pushing that off to let you know your monthly payment instead.

The service is always wonderful. I always feel welcome when I walk into this location and my wants/needs are immediately tended to. Chris Huvaere always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Much appreciated! There are also tons of vehicles to select from! Highly recommended!

Nick Z was great. I had been to a few other dealerships and they tried to put me into something I didn't want and count afford. Nick actually listened to me and made sure that what I picked fit all of my needs. I love my Buick Regal, and highly recommend anyone to see Nick. I'll send anyone I know there and he will be getting the rest of my business in the future for sure!

Working with Nick Zbojniewicz while buying our Buick Enclave was such a pleasure. Nick was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and features, there was no pressure sales, and made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. Wow! Allan and the staff at Betten Baker Buick are amazing. We had two issues with our Buick Enclave within 2 weeks and they were able to diagnose and fix within a couple days. Probably shorter had it not been over a weekend. One of these was an issue we have had off and on for over 2 years and we were told by the dealership we had purchased through that they could only fix it "if the error was on the screen WHEN we brought it in." Well of course it only came in the evenings or when we were out of town. BBB figured it out and fixed it for us. Amazing customer service and great work. Thanks to their entire team! We will definitely be using them again over the other dealership!

Love this dealership. Very friendly staff, just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee a couple of weeks ago and am in love with it. Today my boyfriend and I went back to our awesome salesman Conrad and bought a Ford F-150 and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this dealership and Conrad will take great care of you!

Conrad at Betten Baker was a gem helping us find our next vehicle. We were in a difficult position trying to get out of our prior vehicle and still find a trustworthy vehicle within our price range. He took as much time as was needed to make it happen for us! I spent several hours there going through the process and never felt rushed or that he had better things to attend to. After driving our new vehicle for a couple of days we found a few minor things we wanted looked at and Conrad went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy! As a Client Service Manager myself, I can honestly say Conrad exemplified everything that I would look for in my own employees. We couldn't be happier!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-
I recently purchased a vehicle and everyone was friendly and courteous. 2weeks later, had an repair issue. Spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was told the problem was taken care of; however, hours later, same problem occurred Once my money was received, the respect somehow disappeared! :(

It was time we needed to look for a new vehicle and ended up at Grand talking with Jeff Baker. He was very professional and not pushy at all. He really listened to what our family needed. The Enclave was one of two vehicles we were considering. After he found out that we also wanted to drive the GMC Acadia Jeff suggested that we go to the Grand dealership in Allegan and he even contacted them to say we were on our way (we live in Hamilton so it was actually closer for us). Ryan Abraham at the Allegan dealership treated us with the same professionalism that Jeff did. We actually bought the Acadia since we liked the body style better but I would recommend Jeff to anyone. Both of them made us feel like we have become a part of the Grand family. Thank you both for not being like a typical "new car salesman".

Great experience as always at Grand Buick. I worked with Chris Huvaere who is very professional and went over everything on the car with me. I did have to bring the car back in for a broken latch on the tailgate, Chris went over to the service department with me and they were able to start on the car immediately. There were no charges and they gave me a loner for the day. I love my Encore and thank you for all your help Chris.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Everyone is so friendly I feel like I should be drinking coffee with them every morning :) Chris Huvaere made this experience very easy and stress free. I got a really good deal and love the car I bought :)

Wally is the guy to see. Just bought my first car from him. He made the process so easy for me and explained everything as we went through the process. One of the coolest things is that he didn't pressure me at all. He showed me cars in my price range and helped me make an educated decision.
