I decided to do the HCG program through Joie de Vivre. It was the best decision I've made. The office staff and doctor explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. The office was very clean and inviting and the front desk girls make you feel like your at home. I am so pleased with their services that I'm going to do a second round along with a chemical peel. The only medical spa I'll go to!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I went for tattoo removal and the staff was very informative and nonjudgmental. I've been to two other facilities and this has been my favorite by far with excellent prices and results!

I had my first session of tattoo removal about 6 weeks ago. The staff and doctor were both very professional. They explained the process and they were very honest about the outcome that I should expect. The environment was very relaxed and comfortable. I am excited about my next session and I would recommend JDV to friends and family.

I had a couple of tattoos that I wanted removed. I did a lot of research before choosing Joie de Vivre and couldn’t be happier with the choice. I was apprehensive and embarrassed about the tattoo removal until I saw the facility and met the Staff. My tattoos are almost gone and the experience has been great. I also need to mention that they were also the most economical choice, had the best technology and experience of all the tattoo removal facilities I researched in Cleveland area. The facility cannot even be compared to the other I actually visited for consultations – it far exceeds them.
I have started using them for other services as well. The facility has the cleanliness of a medical office and the comfort of a spa. The Staff and Doctor are very professional and are 100% concerned with patient comfort.

I absolutely love this place.. I've done the Venus freeze and laser stretch mark removal with fantastic results. I recommend the Venus freeze to anyone and everyone! they also informed me on laser hair removal, and the place I had been getting it done at was totally mis informing me and way more expensive then here.. .. what they tell you is what you'll get, they sugar coat nothing and always provide you with the exact results they told you , and better!
