I've owned BMWs for over 15 years, and this dealership's service department is hands down the best in a 200 mile radius. Their prices are very reasonable, they are normally able to get you in the same day, and their staff is very friendly. If you need to talk to the mechanics, they will come out and talk to you and honestly explain what's going on with your car. This dealership is one of the reasons I keep buying BMWs!

I went to this BMW dealership to buy. a Lexus. Despite the fact that I was not buying a BMW, the salesman (Bryan) was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was very helpful in arranging financing and answering my questions about the car. Overall, the service went above and beyond my expectations, including delivering the car to my house and arranging for an extra key to be made. I'm very pleased!

Quick easy experience, was able to negotiate over the phone, and simply come in to check out the vehicle and sign some papers and drive off. Jim did a great job going over the many features of the vehicle in great detail and were overall welcoming. Will definitely consider coming back for our next BMW purchase.

Hands down the best! I bought my current car from them back in 2014 and still talk about how great of an experience it was! Not only were they honest but they also made the whole process smooth and easy. I am located over 2 hours away from Apple BMW. I found the exact x5 online that wanted and my local dealer could not give me a deal that i was happy with. I called Apple yesterday and explained to Dave what my objective was and thanks to technology the process was faster and easier than i could of imagined. They were happy to deliver the car to my work and take care of my trade. The whole process was less than 24 hours. This could not of been easier. Having had a long life of purchasing automobiles I must say that my recent experience at Apple BMW was one of the best! My salespeople were Joe and Brian, Wanda handled the business end and Nate was the genius. Each and every one of these people were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I commend the BMW organization for having such superstars under one roof.
