  Boat was hit in slip on more than one occasion. The GM explained to me this is to be expected! WHAT?!!
  A week or so later I came to use my boat to find another boat in my slip and my boat on a mooring with batteries dead from fridge running with no shore power. AWESOME!!
  These people are unbelievably disrespectful to others property.

  My first thought in writing this review is that everything I could think of has already been said by other reviewers, however, as most of them are two years old, it is worth noting that there has been no slacking of service over the intervening years. I have rented boats from others marinas in the past and agree that Goodhue & Hawkins is second to none. As I am an out-of-state visitor, I appreciated the fact that staff tested my knowledge before letting me take the certification test. I was also pleased when given a lake chart to use, while other marinas required a purchase. And this extra measure of service was obvious in checking out our boat where thoroughness was combined with speed in getting us out onto the lake in a minimum amount of time. My hat is off to a very well run operation.

  We have been a customer of Goodhue & Hawkins for about 20 years and have had a boat slip for approximately 15 years. The service has exceeded our expectations and the staff are very friendly and customer-service oriented. The kids that work during the summer are very helpful, friendly and are always ready to give us a hand. I highly recommend the skilled staff and high-quality Marina to anyone. Thanks to Steve and the entire Staff for many great years and many more to come! The Chrysafidis Family

  My family and I have been going to Goodhue & Hawkins for many years now and would not even dream of going to another marina. The staff, from the dockhands to the manager are friendly, knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond for us. Customer service, which seems like a dying art in so many places these days, is the hallmark of this business. We rent a boat every summer (I have grown up on boats), and I can say without hesitation that the Cobalt (the line of boats they carry) is exceptional. Going up to the lake and seeing our friends at Goodhue & Hawkins is the highlight of our entire year and from the moment we pack up our car and head home, we count the days to our return. Five stars doesn't seem adequate they're the best at what they do.

  Our family has been keeping our boat at Goodhue and Hawkins for many years and they are the best marina on the lake! Steve, Brian, Jeremiah, and the entire crew do whatever is needed to make our boating season great. They carry the very best boats and give the very best service.

  I've know the staff at G & H for many years and believe they are all terrific individuals who work hard to provide outstanding service. I always find them to be nothing but pleasant and helpful. The facility has had major renovations in the last 10 years and they are fast becoming one of the finest marinas on the lake.
