Great service and pricing. I brought them a late 70's Raleigh to tune up and tires, but changed my mind a day later and bought a more modern wheelset. They had a great price and there was no reason not to go through them for the parts.

Lost a nunt for my wife's front axel. Walked in and they handed me a new one! The staff is great. They also had a nice selection of tools and parts. We will most definitely be taking our bikes here for service and upgrades in the futue.

One of the best shops in the Midwest. These guys have awesome products, do great work, and actually ride bikes. If you're in eastern Iowa you should check them out.

I have had Andy, Logan, Thad, and Chad help me out on quite a few occasions. Their passion for helping cyclists is second to none. I always think upgrades are going to cost an arm and a leg, but not at Goldfinch. I am not mechanically inclined, so I make sure to make it out to Goldfinch. They make repairs/upgrades look easy. It is my home away from home!

Was told one price and then told a higher price was really looking forward to giving them my business since I bike through there with all my friends all the time but they didn't want to hardly talk and there was no one else in the shop wish I could recommend them to my biking friends and the hundreds of people I work with but not so much!

I bought a Surly Cross-check from these guys this summer and it was a great experience. They were very patient as I asked questions about various bikes, test road a few and showed me comparable bikes that they did not have in the shop, but could easily special order. When I bought my Cross-check they were able to convert it from bar-end shifters to the brifters I wanted. I've also taken my wife's Trek in for service, and they did an excellent job. I will not go to any other shop in town.
