  I found the staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful. The cater to the serious cyclist, the novice just entering the sport, or the commuter who wants a reliable and efficient means of transportation. I give them two enthusiastic thumbs up!

  We bought a new bike for my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop and the staff. Geoff and Oliver on two separate occasions took the time to research products, educate us on those products and even brought a bike in for her to try (she is very petite). We never felt pressured and they went above and beyond to outfit her with everything she needed. We will definitely be back for our cycling needs.

  Early this season (2014) I decided that it was time to get a new bike. I have been riding a lot for about 5 years now. I started on a cheap bike from a big chain store, worked through a few nicer used bikes, and finally decided to buy a new one of my own.
  
  I checked out most of the shops in the area, all of which were extremely friendly and helpful. Geoff’s, however, had the most knowledgeable staff for what I was looking for. They were professional and attentive. They paid attention to detail, cared about my individual needs, and worked with me to get me a really good deal on the best bike and components in the price range I could afford.
  
  When I decided on a frame that they didn’t have on the floor their staff and even the owner let me ride their personal, extremely nice, bikes that had the same geometry to get me the right fit. As I was between a common size and an uncommon one they even offered to order the common one first and keep it as a floor model if I changed my mind.
  
  After a series of test rides and adjustments (including a stem swap) they worked with me to swap and upgrade to some components that fit my personal riding needs at minimal cost to me. They really made me feel like they care about the quality of my cycling experience and went above and beyond what I expect of any shop.
  
  The customer service and overall experience was second to none. I definitely recommend this shop.
