Great shop, I've had all of the work on my Mini done here and they're really great about calling to let you know about updates, and they get your car in and out pretty quick. Haley detailed my car and man oh man I swore they just swapped me out for a brand new on it looked so good.

Remarkable people! We lost our key on a trip to Chicago and had to have our VW towed to the nearest dealership. During the whole process, this organization was helpful, friendly and prompt. When we came back to pick up our car we found out they find custom cars! We so happen to be in the market to purchase a Subaru in the near future and we were elated to be told that we can have a stick shift and choice of color! What a great speciality! Never been into a car dealership that I’ve had a pleasurable experience with until now.

I've taken my Audi A8L '06 / D3 chassis a number of times and always received amazing service. They've always been honest with me in the needs for the repair, well communicated the status of the vehicle / cost / additional repairs and let me approve or deny them. Kevin specifically has always done a great at explaining what's going on, cost breakdown, and safety risks.

I've realized that there are some repair shops that just fix issues, and others that go the extra mile and consult and better help you maintain, understand, and love your car and German Concepts is definitely both.

Anytime I'm in the greater South Bend area German Concepts is where I'll drop my cars off.

I love this place! They're extremely accommodating and were always there to answer any questions I had. I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them do to my specific interests, but they were extremely helpful in my search for a new ride. I also know a lot of the staff personally and always enjoy stopping in and catching up with them!

We had an awesome experience at German Concepts. Kevin, the Service Advisor, was friendly and concerned about the problem I was having with my Audi Q7. When my husband took the car in for repair, they explained that the issue I was having was related to my alignment (which had already been checked at two other locations). They fixed the issue and I am thrilled to say I am driving safely on wet pavement. Great service and a great staff! Thank you.

Jordan was amazing! He helped my buddy luis and i out on finding a mini cooper s. Great place with friendly staff to make the whole car buying process as best as it gets. I have recommended friends and family there. I will definitely go back to buy my next car there (350z nismo).

He genuinely cared about getting my problem taken care of and didn't ask for a cent for his time and expertise . That is how you earn my future business.

German Concepts is the best! Everyone on staff is super friendly and makes me feel very at home when I come in. The service team works hard to make sure that all of my car's needs are taken care of. Techs are efficient and very knowledgeable - I know that when I take my MINI in for service, it is in good hands. I've also worked with the sales team before to sell a car on consignment and to also look for a new car to purchase. They also go above and beyond to help fulfill my needs.
