I had an extremely disappointing experience with this manufacturer. Please read the fine print before signing anything. I special ordered and purchased a 2017 Nexus Viper. My hot water heater quit, my slides were out of adjustment, my wiring on half of the coach quit working, when I took delivery I had no outside power outlets. My cabinetry was scuffed. All with no concern for me the consumer. I repeatedly called and emailed and got no response or very minimal at best. And never compensated. They ruined my dream. I consulted an attorney with RV experience and he said there is a reason every shady manufacturer operates in Indiana.

This 36DS Ghost RV is awesome. they deserve 5 stars! all manufactures of motorhomes have some issues. those that complain are most likely newbie's to RV world. once the bugs are worked out you will find its an awesome buy.
Nexus puts some great innovation into their products they constantly strive to improve and make it better. a joy to ride a joy to camp in. No complaints from us we love it.

So we bought a Maybach from Nexus - started out with LOTS of problems and still having them mostly all stem from absolute LACK of attention to detail can't tell you the number of little screws we have replaced with screws of an appropriate length for the application. Latest one - the rearview mirror, yes - that's right little screws used in rearview mirror When we first got our vehicle we tried to get help in their FL location, but the lack of knowing anything about anything - let us to drive it up to IN to get things fixed so some of what we initially needed did get fixed but as I said since then, well let's just say - if you buy from Nexus - invest in screws. the two stars are for the storage space and the outside look - not for the workmanship.

Great place to buy your next RV. The team here is great to work with and will customize your unit at a reasonable price. You can also stay on-site and get familiar with your unit with the experts close by to show you how everything works or fix any problems you may encounter. I would not hesitate to reccommend the company, the people who work here or the product they build.

I love my Class C 28P Nexus RV! I call her Wanda and she's as sturdy as they come. I love Nexus's service dept so much that I drive 9 hours from Wash DC to have her taken care of!

I purchased a Nexus Ghost 34DS 10 months ago. The RV is very high quality as are the sales staff. When time for service, Steve Tobias and his team took good care of me and made sure I was happy. I'm very pleased with Nexus and they are one of the few RV manufacturers you can trust.
