Had a torque converter change. They pushed back the deadline for me 4 times on the date it would be finished. It irritated me but they made an exception for me and it was completely covered under this hidden extended warranty they brought to my attention. Great customer service too tho

Have had a 4Runner for 3 years and always service at this dealer. Never has it been done in less than 3 hours. On 10/7 dropped it off at 830. Called at 1130 and was told it would be ready in 20 min. Get there at 130 and it's just went up on lift. I was out right lied to by service advisor. Service department is D- at best. My next visit will determine if my next vehicle purchase(within 6 months) is a Toyota or not.

Terrible service! Had an appointment at 9am, was told it would only be a couple of hours to install a remote start and complete a 10,000 mile service. Arrived approx 12:15 to pick up the vehicle and the maintenance had not even been completed or taken back yet for it. 1pm and the vehicle is still not ready. Time is valuable and you are wasting mine. This should have been completed hours ago. This type of service unacceptable. If this is how they valve their customers I’m not so sure I will continue to be one in the future.

I'd give them a -5 if I could. Took a car in for an oil leak from the valve cover gasket. Should've cost a couple hundred bucks. They quote me $4500 and wanted to replace tons of parts. I paid the $120 diagnostic fee and took the car to another shop. My bill came to $204 bucks. Bunch of dang thieves in that shop, they've got that million dollar building to pay for.

This was my second time buying a car and the first time was the worst. I came here and didn't feel pressured to buy. Scott helped me and he was amazing he even spent a little extra time after his job had already ended to show me things he knew about the car. I live and hour away from here but if I ever need a car again or if anyone asks this is the best place to go!

My husband and I just purchased a used 2008 Toyota Highlander from Heart City and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Our salesman Leon, it was his first day at Heart Cityhe was nervous, but very pleasant and very helpful! We have had our Highlander almost 2 weeks now and we heard some noise in the front end. I talked to Leon and he contacted their sales department who then contacted me immediately and set up an appointment for us to bring it in to be checked out yesterday. And it is being fixed today without hesitation from Heart City! This is not our first experience with Heart City. We also had bought a used 1997 Toyota Tacoma and drove it for 6 years. Best truck we ever had! We absolutely loved this truck and we received a recall from Toyota on the truck frame not being properly under coated. I took the truck in to Heart City for the recall and they came in and told me that they couldn't let me leave in my truck that I loved so much because the frame was about to break in half. SIGH!!! But they told me NOT to worry that they were going to take care of me. They drove me down to get a rental car that they paid for until Toyota decided what they were going to pay me for my truck that I no longer had. It took about a month, maybe a month and a half. But they bought back my little red 4x4 Toyota Tacoma for Almost $400.00 MORE than what I paid for it 6 years Pryor! WOW! I didn't expect that! But I have to give it to Toyotathey do have the BEST vehicles and they do stand by them 100%!! Nothing but excellent experience with Heart City! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! In my opinion, Heart City Toyota's sales staff is substantially better than the others in the area. I would recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business before you buy from another dealer with "their way" or the highway approach. Not to mention they sell the best vehicles that you can you can buy, Toyota.

My interaction with the service department has been satisfactory so far and honest. Should the service department attempt to take me for a ride, I will surely inform others of any misdeeds. But like I have said, all positive up to this point.

Bought my used SUV 🚙 from Elkhart in the summer and it has since had a few issues. I was able to work with them at Elkhart to get it running better than the day I drove it off the lot. The people here, especially Brent, really work with you and making sure you're taken care of. I've recommended them to the few people I know in the market for a new car. Really, cannot express the overall satisfaction I have knowing myself and Phoebe (my SUV) are taken care of! Thanks so much guys!!!
