Prior to purchasing our mobile suite they went above and beyond answering any questions we had. Our salesman ken was great til we met him for three whole minutes during our PDI then he had to leave for lunch and never came back. Once we hooked into the trailer we were on our own. Have been trying to reach Ken or anybody for that matter and no luck just get repeatedly sent to voicemails or no returned calls. So frustrating but I guess there’s no such thing as service after the sale in Elkhart. Had no problem cashing our check that’s for sure. So very disappointed and will never ever recommend Tiara RV.

We purchased a Heartland RV from Tiera. Within the warranty period there were numerous problems. The fireplace front hand fall off, the shade didn't work, problems with the fit of the slides and so on. We had Tiera install a new low profile a/c unit. I asked them for the model and serial numbers so I could fill out the warranty card. They gave the wrong info to me. Had to pay to have some go up, remove cover, and get correct numbers. We picked up RV on a Saturday, service dept was closed. Battery on RV was dead. Another disgruntled customer helped us. Assumed Tiera would have tested A/C. Got to FL, no A/C. Couldn't get it fixed by mobile repair because Heartland was so slow in paying. Couldnt pull out to a dealer because we'd have to stay at a hotel. Got home, took RV back to Tiera. It took 2 months for them to replace A/C. They said warrant required several tests be run. They had to order test equipment from Amazon To do the last test. Also, don't try to call their service dept because they don't answer and don't return messages. Only way to reach them is by email! Their service is terrible, the office people don't care. Their excuse us that they can't find help. I would NEVER again buy from Tiera nor would I buy a Heartland RV.

DO NOT go here ! They are very corrupt. We had our 5th wheel exterior repaired by them our insurance paid for it. By the time we got to AZ it was cracking and almost ready to fall apart. They would not stand behind it. When the repair shop in AZ took it apart to re-fix it the aluminum studs were all bent in our original accident and Tiara did not fix them, just covered it all up. It was a terrible job and this could have fallen off injuring others on the highway. We were out almost $10,000 to have it repaired over.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer relationship. Very clean units, we are very pleased with the purchase from tiara rv and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a camping unit.

Called my TT manufacture Keystone to see if they had a generator mount option. They don't offer an option but suggested I call Tiara. I explained to the lady I was speaking to I was NOT looking for technical advise, not looking for someone to "help" me rather I was looking to buy any good solution their parts department could recommend. Never once did I speak to a parts department staff rather i was placed on hold while she spoke with them. In the end the response was, the parts department said I should see my local RV company. So I clarified, " I am just looking to purchase from you". She again affirmed I need to see my local RV dealer. "So you are telling me I should buy elsewhere?"her reply "yes". What horrible service. Never once did she ask where I was from or if I was in the area or anything or such. Keystone should NOT be recommending this company.

They had no problem selling us a brand new Redwood Sequoia fifth wheel. After we got it we discovered many problems. Most small except for a leak in the slide out. Trying to get a hold of their service department is next to impossible. Never returns voicemail or email. Finally got a hold of them to get the camper in (after much effort). Got it back a week later, but still needed a part for ice maker. We agreed they would get the part the next week and husband would install it. That was about 4 weeks ago. We've tried calling and emailing. Nothing! Never a return phone call. Now today we discovered the slide out is still leaking! Wonder how long it will take to get a hold of them this time. I would not recommend doing business with this place!

Poor, Poor customer service in Sales and Service. Bought a 2017 Road Warrior that didn't even work when we got to RV site! Tiara installed faulty winterizing package and decided to dodge on paying the bill after they said they would! Todd never replied to email, Scott says one thing and does another and was playing "games" about how an invoice was typed(really?) and Rich M. is NOT about customer service and refuses to return calls. Absolutely Worthless! Save your money and buy elsewhere.buyer beware!!!

Crystal James and the rest of the parts team have been very helpful with finding parts for my Crossroads Toy Hauler. I live in Florida and do not have a local dealer. I am very appreciative of Tiara RV and how easy they are to work with. 2 Thumbs up!

We are purchasing a RV from Tiara RV Sales and nothing but good things to say about them. Jim S has taken good care of us. Went there to see one as they were the closet place that had one. We ended up loving it and was going to go to Texas to buy it for best price. But they actually beat the price that Texas was willing to do for us and it was a very nice savings for us and didn't have to drive all the way to Texas. So far very happy. We will be picking it up the end of March. I will keep you posted on how it goes. But so far so good. Ask for Jim and he will take good care of you.
