Christmas eve brunch-on point! Many options at the open buddy, high quality and good value for an upscale place. Made reservations beforehand fyi, but parking was easy. We got here at 1130 maybe that's why so easy. Great experience, will come back!

I was so excited to try George’s brasserie but unfortunately the service was not great, especially for It being quite empty. Additionally, both my boyfriend and I both got sick ~45 minutes after leaving. Leading up to then, I was pleased with the food. I was also hoping for higher than a 94.5 for their sanitation rating.

Great option for a weekend brunch with tons of variety (and all you can eat oysters). Great service, clean restrooms.
EDIT: Updating based on a Sunday brunch visit. The service was phenomenal and we were accommodated well. The quality of the brunch however notably declined. Staple items like the sausage or crepe Suzette weren't appetizing. I would probably give the brunch another try, but not in awhile.response / report this review -

Although it is a bad review and doesn't change what happened, the manager called me 2 days later and wants to make it right. So thank you and we look forward to coming and having a very different experience and we appreciate your effort to change our bad experience
Incredibly disappointed. We made a reservation after hearing such wonderful things about this brunch. I went on line and saw $12 bottomless mimosa and $25 brunch. Knowing that another couple would love this I asked them to go as well. My husband and I arrived first and we were seated immediately. We sat at a 4 top in the middle of the restaurant and for at least 5 minutes we were completely ignored not a glass of water or a good morning from anyone as they passed our table. We were already put off because this is supposed to be an upscale French restaurant . The waiter finally comes to our table pours our water and tells us the bottomless mimosas are no longer- I told him it's on their website and he said they can't "it's illegal". Manager comes over and basically said it is illegal and there is nothing he can do. WHAT? Its on their website - you could offer a free round or 2 to make up for it - you are false advertising!! He said if we are unhappy we could leave -SO WE DID and had a wonderful brunch at The Fishmarket in Baxter Village.response / report this review -

I sit here eating some delicious food and think to myself that the atmosphere is close to perfect but missing a crucial ingredient. The music, modern poppy jazz bordering club music?? If the front looks like your going back in time and everything on the inside looks like your are stepping back into an older era, why not play music that pulls this theme together. Play older jazz, or some delightful French music. Could it be the owners or managers fault for this. I don't know but I would like to see, hear this changed.

Took my family there for Mother's Day with a 2:15 appointment and was informed that it would be another 30 minutes. After a 30 minute wait we went back up to ask about our table in which a maidtradom that didn't want to be bothered told us to pick any table.
The customer service was so damn horrible this is being nice. Second, the food was the worst brunch I have been to both here in the U.S. and abroad overseas.
Third, this is no damn French restaurant! I have been to France so many times, and I can tell the readers Georges Brasseire is no French restaurant. You do not mix southern cooking with a french restaurant and call it French.

Staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating! Indoor and outdoor seating. Restrooms are very clean and modern. Food is delicious! The pork belly is amazing! The chicken entree sits on top of a bed of mashed potatoes and covered in gravy, and comes in a black skillet. These are my 2 favorites! Have great drink specials and bottomless mussel specials. Laura the bartender helped wait tables and was awesome!
