Never heard any plumbing company say that they don't do any small repairs. I was referred by a commercial company but when i call she told me that only thing they fix was installing big water heaters. Not a good way to do business.

After my house was built, the HVAC system installed by the builder did not work correctly. They tried to fix it many times. It wasn't fixed until Sherman's guys came out and found the problem right away. They made a plan to repair undersized duct work that was installed by the builder. They worked for two days fixing the HVAC issues the builder created. They were polite, on time, cleaned up and did the job correctly the first time. My HVAC system works great now. After they fixed the issues my propane bill is half of what it was because the system now works correctly. I would give them six stars if I could.

When shopping for a new central air conditioner system I was becoming very frustrated until I contacted George Sherman. I dealt with Mr. Raymond Harp. This young man was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most informative. He immediately restored my faith on how business is supposed to be done. Mr. Harp and the installation crew made the process easy. The crew was courteous and cleaned up as they went along. You have a great team. It's nice knowing that now since I have made the purchase, a good team will be standing behind their product. Nice job.

I had a sewer line clog that kept re-occurring in an investment property in Georgetown. Sherman cleared it twice with a snake, but it kept coming back. They ultimately dropped a camera to see what was causing the problem and were able to resolve it. Because they didn't get it the first time, they didn't charge me for the last corrective measure. Throughout, their techs were knowledgeable and professional.
