Had a great experience with ERA Martin. Both Bill Martin and Brandon Johnson were professional, reliable and great advocates for us through the entire purchase. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Don't rent here. They own most of the houses they rent. Houses that are white look green. Must be mostly Section 8 so they can take advantage of people they think can not communicate or get answers because the rentals are not kept up to anyone's standards.

I have worked with ERA and their rental department, IPM, several times. I have found the agents and staff to be professional and knowledgeable. This is one of the few real estate companies in the area that is locally owned and has the ability to make decisions and solve problems on a local level. I would recommend ERA Martin Associates for buying or selling your home, and for renting and property management as well.

Don't deal with this company. I hate to say this about another person but Bill Martin is one of the cheapest people I've every had the displeasure of dealing with. He does not maintain the properties that he rents and will only spend money on repairs when the code enforcement officer forces him to do so.
