We had an excellent experience with 1st Service from start to finish and highly recommend them. They went above and beyond our expectations. In addition to listening to our wish list and installing an HVAC unit that met our needs, they rearranged our existing duct work to give us more room in our attack - and didn’t charge us extra. They even changed a light bulb that we would have needed a ladder to get to. They were able to fit us in quickly (we were without air). I felt they cared about our job when both the owner and the salesperson stopped in to check on the progress of the work. We are enjoying our new variable speed unit!

I want to praise 1st Service for coming to my rescue after an HVAC repairman removed an essential part from my air handler leaving it vulnerable to the elements, and never returned to complete the job. After waiting over two weeks for that person to return and lots of dodged phone calls, I contacted 1st Service for help. They promptly sent out a technician to diagnose the situation, ordered the part, and within two days my HVAC was repaired. Both Alan and Teal the technicians who performed the diagnosis and repair were very profession, knowledgeable, and just really great guys. After hearing about my hardship, the owner gave me a discount on the repair. This is one classy company and I highly recommend them to everyone who wants a professional and honest company.

Replaced the grated entry door to our filter for the Heat Pump circulation system!
Great Rates, during the Ocean City season they always do what needs to be done with in reason.
Brandee, is a Pure Primary ASSET, she Listens, Learns and ACTS !
They handle our Ocean City location at 'Ocean Colony #16 E & Townhouse'' and our smaller unit at, ''Salty-Sands' Unit '103'!

I called to inquire about some window a/c unit cleaning and the woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional. She answered the phone with just "Hello" and then was very short in her response.
