Last Friday I bought a new Mazda3 and the experience drastically changed the way I feel about dealerships and sales personnel. Weary of the pushy sales people, I was pleased to see that it’s not that way at Gem Mazda. David Rohe was my sales guy and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, informative and very patient with me and my kids throughout our car buying experience. The staff were all friendly and genuine and I will be recommending Gem Mazda to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

I came in on Wednesday to buy my son his first car. From the first hello to the final handshake, Brad and Janice made the entire experience seamless and a pleasure! I am, on the whole, very pleased with my car buying experience at Gem Mazda. Although they were happy to have my business, it was a no-pressure environment and my salesperson, David, was a gentlemen who made not only me, but my family, feel at ease during the sales process. This being my first time buying a car, I did a lot of research to make sure the Mazda 3 was the right car for me. I could tell that David definitely knew his product inside and out and stood by it with the utmost confidence. I could also tell there was a genuine passion for Mazda's design and engineering philosophies which, after having done the aforementioned research, I appreciated. The negotiation process was very matter of fact without any gaming; we were able to agree on a fair price relatively fast. He was very accommodating during the paperwork process and had me out the door in my new car in no time. I would definitely recommend asking for David if you are ever shopping at Gem Mazda.

David is fantastic. He was accommodating and no pressure. I told him what I wanted, and that I was in no rush to buy. He checked in with me every month or two until we found a match. There was no need to haggle, for the price was sent to me where it needed to be. I'll be coming back for my next purchase no matter the brand.

This is the 4th Mazda I've owned, and David was my sales guy on the last two. He's never pushy, always listens and is extremely patient. I just tell him what I want and somehow he makes it happen. If I could only get him to make my payments he would be perfect! I absolutely love Gem Mazda from Sales to Service, they are The Best!

This dealership is wonderful and extremely helpful. I wandered in on a Saturday just looking around with 0 intention to buy. Well, here I am 2 days later with a new car! Everyone there was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. You could tell they genuinely wanted to help and weren't just in it to make a sale like most dealerships are. I would highly reccommend them to anyone looking to buy a new/used car

This dealership was top notch! David Rohe went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the SUV I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on an SUV, the process was absolutely painless. The entire team was quick and professional. I recently order and purchased a new Mazda3 Grand Touring from GEM Mazda. While I was getting frustrated waiting for the car to be built and shipped all the people at GEM Mazda couldn't have been nicer. Dave Rohe handled my purchase. He is one of the best car salesmen I have every dealt with in my long years of buying and owning motor vehicles. Dave kept me up to date as to the status of the vehicle and literally emailed me as the truck arrived at GEM Mazda. Dave took me through ever aspect of the car especially the new advanced electronics. He made sure I met the folks in service. He explained everything in detail. and has followed up with us since we drove away. The Mazda3 is a fine car. It is extremely well made. Fit and finish are beautiful. It is a lot of fun to drive. It is state of the art for a internal combustion powered car. Too soon to tell how good a mpg but my driving will play more of a role than the car's capabilities. I certainly would return to GEM for my next car purchase.
