Lee Woodruff is awesome to work with and he has such a good way of relating to his customers. The only complaint I have is that there is always a problem that is not covered under a warranty or maintenance contract. This is the 2nd car I have had from them and I get the impression that they just want you to buy new cars and if you don't they punish you with expensive bills.

Have dealt with Capital Euro Cars for almost 20 years and I have to say the service has certainly improved. Ian Wyre is great to work with, it's nice to know that I have someone that I can always go to to get help! He is always attentive and relays updates to me as necessary when my BMW is in for service. I would highly recommend the service department at Capital Euro Cars and give a special shout out to Ian for all his help over the years!

This is a first class High Line Dealership , both their Mercedes store and the BMW store in Tallahassee. John Mc Clung was referred to us by a friend in Panama City. He was professional, never pushy with a tremendous amount of product knowledge and compassion for his customers. I'm a 37 year car guy and appreciate true professionalism at a dealership. This is the finest car dealership that I've dealt with over my time, even so that the Service manager has already scheduled the Service for the BMW a year in advance. Just as impressive was the product knowledge specialist Lu Wei Huang of the BMW store. To sum it all up were 100% satisfied with this purchase, the car , the people at the dealership. Great job all!

I visited Capital BMW recently to check the status of my lease. I was helped by Vik Shashi who was very insightful and provided me an answer to any doubts I had regarding new lease options as well as options to terminate my current (now previous) lease. He helped me select the perfect model for my price range, as well as the right look. He is great at speaking with customers, and is very knowledgeable about the cars and the features they have. Nick Haggstrom was also very helpful with providing me a wide range of vehicles to select from, with great prices! Overall great customer service experience.

Lee Woodruff is the best at handling our BMW X3 service experience (and 3 series before that) without exception! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, honest, and great to work with whether we're having our car serviced annually or resolving the air bag recall.
