Jason McKay at Euro Cycles runs the most efficient and knowledgeable SERVICE department I have experienced in my forty five years riding motorcycles. When you roll onto their lot for your scheduled appointment they are at the ready awaiting your arrival. Check in at the service desk. Hand them your keys and then relax in their lounge knowing your are in good hands for an accurate diagnosis and timely remedy.

My visit to Euro Cycles was very enjoyable. I was met by a salesman, Madison, he was courteous and didn't pressure me at all. He was very informative on the bike I was interested in. The place was on the small side but laid out nicely, very clean. The other staff members were helpful too. Good selection of bikes, good place to go.

Excellent shop! Staff is extremely friendly. I came in looking like a complete bum and Madisson Marin came right up to and asked if he could help me. Chatted with him for 10 minutes about the new 2019 BMW s1000rr. Knew every detail about all of the bikes. I will be purchasing a bike from him next year when the new model is available.

Serviced apartment was efficient and excellent service. The personnel that service me at my visit where courteous friendly and kind. I've been using their services for 15 years and they have never failed two meet my every needs. I have purchased three motorcycles over the years and they were truly living up to the BMW standards.

I have been looking for a second bike for several months. I called EuroCycle to see if this one particular model (S1000R) was still available. It was! I told Joe to treat this call as if I was sitting in front of him with a check in hand. He laughed. I say this because most dealers don't give you the time of day unless you are right in front of them. We negotiated and came to an agreed price. I put down a deposit and had the bike delivered to me, about 60 miles away, within a week. Jason made the process very easy. This place goes out of their way to make a deal. I have gotten to know employees in parts, service, and sales and all have been knowledgeable and willing to help. Highly recommend this place.

Don't know yet just saw vid on new TPX updated with interesting lazer jamming, seemingly automated. I assume they'll be cool which other reviews read. Hopefully new TPX with jammer can installed easy by them. Be nice to detect AND IMMEDIATELY JAM SIGNAL. If laser detector somehow does this we can finally ride free.

Very polite customer service. Salesman Joey was very honest and straight to the point . he guided me to the right motorcycle by taking the time and being patient, $21k motorcycle high end place to spend this kind of money.
