Worst hospital to go! If you value life don't come here receptionist yelling at me for asking questions the nurse don't know what is going on. They tell me one thing and then another not even (general questions not specific patient questions) don't come here defund this hospital and give it to ggpd.

The worst ICU hospital ever! There is no communication what so ever between the doctors and nurses! This hospital is by far the most rudest people. I was hung up twice by the woman name Van because she didn't want to give me her supervisor name to report her. So unprofessional!!!!!!! They wouldn't even pick up my phone calls after I was hung up twice! One good thing that they are good at is giving you the run around. I have never seen nor experience any kind of hospital like this before. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star, but I had no choice.

My child was born here recently and I've had nothing but positive experiences at this hospital. All the doctors, nurses, and staff members make you feel welcome. They deliver top quality care. I am deeply appreciative and impressed by what they do day in and day out.

The worst hospital! They keep taking the patent in, waiting along the Emergency Hallway for hours. During the wait they bring paper-work for patients to sign no matter what conditions the patent is. The bed sheet"s been remaining as the previous patient"s gown is still in it. In other words, they would not change a new bed sheet for a new patient. But, I'm so disappointed by the knowledge of the doctor. Then While waiting for the lab-result, they kick me out of the bed. That I have to wait aside as sitting on the chair. Ive decided to leave, asked for accommodation. They hands some paperwork for me sign. Very frustrated scene as too crowed (too many people is surrounding in just a very small ground), I just want to get of there and Ive signed all the paperwork even though I don't know what it is all about. And that"s it as I'm all on my own, cannot required even accommodation. So suck!

GO TO UCI, ST. JOSEPH, HOAG, ANAHEIM/OC MEMORIAL, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! I unfortunately have way too much experience with these facilities and just had a friend in here not long ago. WAITED FOR HOURS IN THE ER AND WAS LIFE OR DEATH. Go anywhere else they'll call you right back or at least give you immediate attention while you're in the waiting room. It's worth the extra drive to another facility even if it's a life or death emergency. You have a much higher risk of death here than at even at a place like Fountain Valley RHMC, in some cases which is twice as far. I would not trust the billing here since no major health networks contract here, you're pretty much fed to the wolves. I've had medical bills before and learned the hard way to stay in network, even if it's Medicare or Medi-Cal. Look up the owner Dr. Prem Reddy him and the entire Reddy family are some of the most scandalous medical professionals on the planet. Bottom line this place needs to be shut down immediately. It's pointless too bc there's 4 much better facilities immediately right down the street from here, albeit different cities. If you can don't walk from here, RUN!! FAST!

Worst place ever. Ambulance took my mom there even though my dad asked to go somewhere else. In 4 days now and no diagnosis. Told by one doctor they're going to do a test, then doctor next day has no idea about the test. EVERYTHING should be in her records and they don't enter it. Only one nurse has shown good care. I'm worried for my mom and future patients forced to go here!!

    TERRIBLE HOSPITAL
Avoid this hospital if you can. It's close to home so that is where my mom ended up for an extended stay. I give it a two star rating because most of the nurses and staff have been wonderful. However when it comes to anything beyond routine care, things have been terrible. In addition the facilities are lacking - missing privacy curtain, bed controls not working on one side, window blinds don't work, one tv for two beds p, speaker not working. One portable oxygen tank for the whole floor. A patient using oxygen is confined to bed until someone is willing to get the portable tank. If you are visiting a patient your only option for coffee is a terrible vending machine that doesn't have decaf. If you have a choice, choose another hospital
Let me revise my review to zero stars. My mom was released two, days ago. She has now been admitted to St Joseph's and being treated for Sepsis. Garden Grove Hospital should never have released her. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO GARDEN GROVE HOSPITAL

I'm currently here in the ER. My mother has been waiting for an hour inside the room with horrible pain in the kidney, and no nurse has been here to assist her with at least pain medication. I asked a nurse if someone can at least give my mom pain medication. She put up her finger shushing me and telling me to wait. After a few seconds she responded with "Everybody is busy doing something. It's not like we are not doing anything " when there is a bunch of staff talking about there personal life. Plus another 3 hours in the waiting room, I even found a hair ball! I am upset and wouldn't recommend this hospital.

My 84 year old mother fell down on the street during her walk this morning and fractured her left wrist. When she arrived at the Palm Harbor Emergency Room they told her all they could do is wrap her wrist up and send her home to another doctor. She is the spouse of a 28 year veteran! She had her ID card in hand and they still revised to give her any service! I'm so puss at this hospital, it is the worse! It should not be in business here, what good are they doing for the community? My attorney will contact them!

Some of the nurses are really friendly and do a fantasy job, they don't treat you like a number but a human being. After my girlfriend had a emergency operation and missed the vacation she planned and we arrived home and she tried to get her disability going so we would have money to pay rent and feed the kids, Dr. Ali Fouladi stated that they do not have the proper computers to fill out the edd paperwork online, even though by law they are required to do so, he said she must fax it to his secretary so it can be done. It could take six days to process, so please don't see this doctor if you have a job and must collect disability because he clearly only cares if he gets paid but your bills must wait because he can't login from his smartphone to for 5 min to do his job right.

Yeah this hospital is at the bottom. Service is bad , staff not friendly, they lie. I called and asked if they are busy and if the wait was long..The lady on the phone had said very very very busy. I was already there and stepped outside to make the call. There were 3 people in the waiting room when I arrived. I'm not sure that is very busy..A Medical facility that lies to the sick..Amazing!!! But she did say if it was a real emergency you'd be seen right away. The only thing about that is nothing is an emergency to them..

Amazing service, my daughter had a 104 fever and we were well taken care of. In an out within an hour. Their customer services was very nice and friendly from the time we entered to the time we left. I highly recommend their hospital. Keep up the good work.
