Had a wiring issue I wasn't able to fix, called them early in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. The repairman they sent helped fix the issue in less than an hour. They tailor their services to your appliance need and give you information on who they are sending so you have confidence in knowing you're in good hands.

This was my first time using Accurate. It was suggested by a neighbor and they didn’t disappoint. I got some plumbing fixed and Dan did an excellent job. My wife and I contracted Accurate to clean the AC ducts, we were extremely impressed first with Chad who came out to inspect the ducts and give us a quote and the next day with Paul, Jose and Jose who came to do the job.
Before they arrived we received text messages with the arrival time as well as pictures and information about the technicians, which was really cool. They all went above and beyond, Chad even inspected the attic for free. They were all extremely professional and informative and took the time to wear protective booties over their shoes before entering the house. Chad and Paul made sure they applied any deals available to get us the best possible price and scheduled everything for us. They all went above and beyond and offered some very helpful information and advice. We definitely recommend this company. We went ahead and scheduled some plumbing work with them as well.

I received no less than 4 quotes. I selected Accurate Electric to perform the repairs necessary. Eric was thorough, honest, professional and provided me with options without pressuring me to commit. I definitely can’t say the same about the other companies that I received quotes from. The work Eric and team provided was not only the best price for what we needed but prompt and effective. Would definitely definitely recommend Eric and Accurate Electric!

I love accurate electric they are excellent. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable they were very professional and did an amazing job installing our fans, bathroom light fixture, and plugs behind our bathroom toilets for bidets. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Ray, Joe and Eddie performed at our house. They were professional, efficient, friendly and respectful. Ray was on time, courteous, and professional. He was able to diagnose my electrical problem without difficulty and found a solution within my budget. I was impressed with the detail of his work and the time he took to ensure things were done properly. I agree that the service is excellent but yes can be a little pricy depending on what you want done. I wish companies would be a little more straight forward. They present you with 4 options of which the 1st three you know no way in hell you're going to pay that, then when your option comes along of course it looks great compared to the 1st three. So just tell me thats what it is from the beginning. They have very knowledgeable technicians and they make it right to your complete satisfaction. Great office staff.

My experience with this company was really perfect. It started when our gardener had run over (with his lawn mower) what we thought to be dead electrical wires from an old jacuzzi that the former owners had removed. It turns out the wires were very much alive we found out quickly. The other aspect was that the circuit breakers didn't work properly so the wires would arc anytime they touched. Very scary. Needless to say I was a bit freaked out. I googled electricians in Altadena and Accurate was at the top of the list and I liked their website so I called. I first dealt with Ariel. She was very professional and friendly in listening to my concern. I was scheduled right away - I heard later that Cheri had told Eric that we really needed help so he got out here in short order as we had JUST called in. Thanks Cheri!! Eric arrived and very quickly handled the dangerous exposed wires. He was very professional & friendly and presented us with a plan so that our system could work properly. So a couple days later Ray and Jose came out and refurbished our existing electrical boxes and breakers so that they WILL trip like they are supposed to in case anything like that ever happens again. Their work was also very professional and fast! My experience was VERY good and would not hesitate to recommend this company again. Thank you!!!

We had a circuit breaker that needed to be replaced and contacted Accurate Electrical Services. Eric came out and diagnosed the issue quickly, and Ray returned in a day or two to replace our old circuit breaker. They were professional and worked quickly to resolve our issue. Recommended.

Although the cost of the job was more than I initially expected, the way the conduct business makes me feel confident that the work was performed up to professional standards. Bad Experiencethey stop by your house walk around for 5 minutes and bill you $60.00. They give you a $20,000 estimate and your shocked then he says you owe me $60.00 for the estimate but you will save 60.00 if you use us that's the only way you get your money back. His estimate was all visual. Funny when you call them they swear up and down they are honestshould have known better! Do not use them! Can't imagine families hurting for money needing help and this honest company sucks $60.00 out from underneath themSo not Accurate! Customers beware!

I wanted some wall lights installed on each side of my garage doorcontacted Accurate had fixed a ceiling fan issue I had previously and did a great job with that, so they got the call. Tony came to the house and gave me an estimate and we discussed multiple options for the job. We scheduled the job on the spot and on the same day!!! Ray and Joe posted up about 2 hours later and finished in about 4totally professional guys, personable and did a great job!! I couldn't be happier with the work they performed. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Joe & Joe worked really hard to get things right, and they did! They even rewired an old fluorescent fixture on the spot, to make it work properly with new LED light tubes. When it turned out that a fixture was a touch too low on the wall (hey, stuff happens), Josimar stayed late to make it right. I have used Accurate for four different jobs now, between my house and business, and have always been happy with the results. Clearly, they take customer satisfaction seriously. I doubt they are the cheapest electricians in town, but they may very well be the best.

After a house fire caused by faulty wiring, we called in Accurate and they did an incredible job taking care of our home - rewiring much of it to ensure our family would be safe moving forward.
