Bob and Shane are amazing! My wife and I were looking for two eBikes and Groove was one of a few dealers locally who had the brand we were looking at. I called a few times and they were so patient in answering my questions over the phone. Once we got there, their excellent level of customer service continued. Shame helped us initially explaining the differences between the models we were looking at and we appreciated his honesty and sharing his feedback which helped us make a decision. We had to wait two weeks for the bikes to arrive in the shop (which was way faster than we were expecting) and Bob and Shane were both there to greet us, show us the bikes, and help load them in our cars. I am so grateful we went to groove for our eBike purchase and recommend them to all of my family and friends looking for an eBike as well! If you're in the market yourself, look no further!

Every time I'm here, the staff is always helpful to the point they will go out of their way to help get what you want and need. i don't feel intimidated or talked down to. Instead, I listen to people who just know and love their stuff.

Super friendly staff, I'm glad they're taking all measures necessary during this pandemic. For instance they're doing *appointment only* and they are NOT doing rentals. Easy to give them a call and set up an appointment, we were able to buy a couple bikes the other day! Glad they transitioned to more affordable bikes.

First timeI rented an electric bike and the staff was very patient and thorough in explaining the workings of the bike. They even let me take a short test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the workings of the bike. The advantage to this location is that it is literally right next to the bike paths! I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking to rent an electric bike

I have a Prodeco electric bike and accidentally took it to Pedego of Irvine. Bob, the owner and Shane welcomed me like I bought my bike there. I had some modifications done to my bike and they did such a good job, I brought my other electric bike in for some work. I WON'T take my bikes anywhere else from now on. I live in Aliso Viejo and the drive to their shop is well worth it. I can't recommend them highly enough!!! I also can't recommend an electric bike enough. Bob has the expertise for you to take cycling to the next level of pure enjoyment!!

I only refer to Irvine. Bob is great! Just referred a patient there (Marleen) she is buying 2-4 bikes. Dr I work with is going to buy one. Go rent therebikes are in tip top shape. You can ride to Balboa Island with minimal street riding like 1%. His service and knowledge is second to none. I have 5 bikes from Irvine I have been to all the local dealers. Irvine is the best.

This shop is great! It had been a while since my wife or I had ridden a bike and while we had been considering buying mountain bikes, these electric bikes may have changed our minds.

Last Saturday on a whim we stopped by to rent bikes to ride around the little lake in the middle of Irvine. We brought our daughter and son-in-law and our 1 1/2 year old in and were fitted up with four bikes and a little trailer for the baby. Everyone had a blast.

The owner took care to make sure we knew how to ride the bike and walked us through the features step by step. He went out of his way to make sure we were set up just right to have a good time. He has a great map in his shop with all of the connected bike trails and picked out a great one for us to ride.

All in all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend stopping by, even if it has been years since you've ridden a bike.

We rented Pedego bikes from Pedego Irvine's owner, Bob Bibee. What a great guy. Calm and friendly. We had so much fun on the ride that I bought a Pedego Boomerang+ from him. That got me unsolicited free rentals for the three of us who had rented.

I've been to several Pedego stores and this is a big one. The store has lots of bikes to buy or rent and the service that owner Bob provides is outstanding. Bob even carries lots of bicycling accessories and does repairs and assemblies on sight. The store is located right on an amazing bike trail, so you can just rent a bike and jump on the trail, no searching for a safe place to ride.

It's great to find a bike shop who treat you like family! Bob and gang are the best - I wouldn't buy a bike anywhere else!! And the Pedego's are so much fun!
