EVERYONE that my family came in contact with was friendly, accommodating and professional! My bride was so comfortable with the atmosphere at the dealership she loaded up our three year old, told me to get the truck I wanted and went shopping! I emailed on a Sunday night about a vehicle. First thing Monday morning I had a response. Excellent customer service from beginning all the way through. Toby and Joey in sales, Nate in finance (%!!!), an awesome experience. Y'all in the back, putting the rush on cleaning and servicing a vehicle you hadn't had in the shop for more than a couple hours y'all rock too. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience. Amazing service every time! When other dealers have let us down Bate's made it right! Ray holds a special place in my heart because I was upset and he was able to be kind and considerate to our situation. He really made a lasting impression on me and my family. Got an oil change. I called ahead, they said "it wouldn't take too long. They could get it done pretty quick." I came right in, they put my vehicle on the lift, and it took over an hour and a half So lesson learned, "real quick" is a realative term. I give 4 stars, because they were nice, and the job was completed. But for the amount of time it took - next time I will be going to Valvoline.

I bought my 2011 F-250 brand new from Bates Ford and have used there Service Department since then. I can always count on Paul Tubbs and his Team to provide everything my truck needs to keep me safely on the road. Very friendly and never had anything but great service each time.

Just bought a truck from Bates Ford and had a great experience. Both Mike Mohr and Barry Broersma did a phenomenal job. Mike met my every need and Barry went above and beyond to find me the best finance. As a matter of fact, I had closed the deal and was about to leave when Barry called me back and told me he had a better deal that just come in,and saved me a full percentage point in interest. Very positive experience!

What a Dealership Should Be Like! Worked with the internet sales team and had the deal basically worked out before I drove the 100 miles to get there. Arrived at teh dealership and my new vehicle was waiting right outside the showroom door. A few minutes for them to look over mine and we shook hands, done deal. Would definitely buy there again. Nice, laid back, small town dealership.

I have recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer, Limited Edition at Bates Ford. The Staff there is wonderful, from the new employees such as Ray, to the more seasoned sales staff. Ray showed me the vehicle the first time I stopped at Bates; Ray was very polite, not pushy, and he answered all of my questions. Barry helped me when I return on Saturday with my husband. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Barry; working with Barry is always a pleasure. I'm would highly recommend Bates Ford.
