WOW! I do not have enough words to describe my FANTASTIC experience at Puckett’s last week! First of all, our server was SO funny and friendly. I will definitely be asking for Emily every time I go! Second, the food was PHENOMENAL! I got the Whiskey Salmon Platter (recommended by our sever) and it did not disappoint! I plan to be back real soon :)

Cute place in historic downtown Franklin Tennessee.

Country store vibe with ample seating, country music memorabilia on the walls and a nice sound system playing country and western music.

Friendly server but took quite a while to get my food - it’s a lunch hour not lunch afternoon, hence the 4 star review

I had the Cowboy Burrito (pulled bbq pork, baked beans and coleslaw in a cross grilled flour tortilla) with sweet potato fries.

    Here’s the breakdown:

Cool vibe and appearance +1 star; good food +1 star; nice portion +1 star; friendly service +1 star.

Would have been 5 stars but I had to rush eating so I could get back to work. I’ll go back when I can have a more leisurely meal.

Edit: went back next day with three co-workers. Just as busy with WAY faster service - food was great. Added more photos too.

Stopped here for desert and a drink. The cobbler was very very good. Definitely enjoyed the beer and wine but can’t recall the name of the beer it was local and at the top of the menu. Cool place with a friendly staff and from the looks of it live music (they have a small stage).

We’d definitely return to try something else on the menu.

First timer here! Our waitress, Crystal was friendly, attentive and had good recommendations. I was impressed by how well the staff worked together to ensure everyone had a good experience. Our food was delicious and big portions and priced well. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks

We had reservations for Thanksgiving. Food was great. We had plenty to take home too. People without reservations were turned away. Place was very clean. Service was great. I'll ho back again. High recommended

Arrived around 4pm for a early dinner with some family. 5 of us total. The host told us the table they had open that would seat us needed to be vacated for a 5:15 reservation. That's great that they would reserve a table, at the same time, they could have sat us somewhere else.

Overall the food was good. I had the Piggy Mac. The waiter forgot to bring my salad until after the main course was served and I reminded him.

Great little place to stop if you have

Puckett's is a solid choice for brunch with friends. Definitely a place for locals, so if you're new to the area stop on in. I used to live in NC so I truly missed some good biscuits, and Puckett's did not disappoint. The customer service is friendly and there's also a general store if you're interested in picking up a few things.

Good old fashioned comfort food with a creative twist. Every thing I've tried has given me a reason to return, bringing along others to enjoy the food and ambiance. As far as the wait staff, Jeffrey is the best!

Apparently this place is famous and I was told the food has always been good for my sister in law and her friends that she brought there. We had a bad experience my husband ordered the ribs. They were tough and a bad part of the rack. My son and sister in law ordered the fire chicken sandwich (i think was the name). They said was not the best they have had in Nashville. The service was poor. They needed more help I guess. Waited 45 mins after ordering our food way too long! We won't go back again!!

Good solid meal, for what it is. Had the brisket. I'm from Texas so I'm hard to please when it comes to brisket. Sauce was better than the beef. Not tough and not tender. Potato salad was nice. I would go back because it charming and our server was very engaging but not because the food was over the top.

I've wanted to go try Puckett's for a long time, just because I'd heard great things about it. My husband had pulled pork and I had the smoked BBQ chicken, both were tasty, as was the cornbread. But I wasn't impressed with some of the sides. Mashed sweet potatoes were good, but the Cole Slaw was bland and the Squash was too salty. If we go again, I'll try one of their salads, they look pretty tasty.

The food was super delicious as always. And the service has been consistently outstanding. When you only have a short period of time to grab a bite for lunch and you want something fresh, hot and satisfying.Puckett's is the place.
Shout out to the awezome waitstaff.

Amazing beef rib special. The deviled eggs were excellent. More than I could eat, and I can eat a lot. They were just as good the next day. Had a great time with friends from out of town.

Great casual place in Franklin with great food. They had music playing during dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The music was not too loud where you could not have a conversation.

Had the fried chicken and it was up there with the top 3 I have had across the country. I have never ever liked grits. Don't understand the appeal. But Puckett's shrimp and grits were heavenly. Completely changed my mind on grits.

    Can't go wrong with Puckett's.

Really good food especially breakfast. The wait staff is awesome. Very crowded with entry and exit usually blocked with people waiting to get seated

Crowed and noisy. Service was awful. Made reservations for a casual rehearsal dinner and had to wait 25 minutes for table set up. Server booted us out after live stage show began (other reservations made for show)and not everybody in party got their food!

Great place. Food was very good but atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly staff is what set this restaurant apart for us. The large assortment of local beers on tap made my husband incredibly happy. Great prices and excellent happy hour. We would definitely stop back in next time we are in Nashville or Franklin.

A solid southern food joint with charm and simple flair. It's been around for a while. Great happy hour specials and all the plates come out of the kitchen with steam floating from them; makes me want to eat all the food I see. I ate their smoked wings with an ice cold Tennessee draft beer. Satisfied!
