The guy working the gun counter in Coldwater MI on 5-10-17 at 9:00am needs to lose the attitude and stop acting like a jerk. Especially after all the money my husband has spent at this store. He was very unprofessional, I wouldn't give him a good reference when he is looking for a new job and I would probably fire him. My husband and son were more than polite to him and he was a jerk.
Not impressed with Gander Mountain.

Had an incident where they cut my arrows too short. They were the most expensive arrows they sold, and I was concerned they were going to fight me on it. They took them back no questions asked and replaced them with the correctly cut arrows.

I ordered a shot gun on line and came into the store to pick it up. Gregory was very helpful and focused on taking care of everything. He helped with a sling and looked to find a scope mount for the shot gun which wasn't available in stock at the time I was there. Getting a gun is a tedious process which we got through as quickly as possible. I have purchased other fire arms from Gander Mountain in the past and will surely in the future.

I went there on 2/15/16 to looking to shop for a carry gun. I was assisted by Larry and Chad at the gun counter. Larry was leaving so Chad took care of most of my transaction. I was already pretty informed on everything I was looking at, and I'm sure Chad could tell. He still went through everything just to make ABSOLUTELY SURE that I left the store that day with exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job. Purchasing a firearm takes a little bit of time, and Chad stayed social throughout the entire transaction, which was awesome. He treated us like guests instead of just customers and I appreciated that. He also cut us a nice deal on the firearm, Got us hooked up with the warranty, and made sure I understood everything about the gun before I left (even though I already did, but I think this is awesome for people who are less informed about firearms) While GM may not always be the cheapest place to purchase, the dedication of the staff to help me out will be remembered in purchases to come.
