I only stayed for one night, so I didn't run into any problems. Room and service was decent. There was a fridge. I do wish they at least had hand soap and conditioner. But for the price, it's actually not bad.

Nice, clean room. Was a little disappointed in the overnight desk attendant. I told him the battery in our smoke detector was low and it was beeping. He told me to get it down myself and bring it to him. How in the heck was I supposed to reach it, and why was that my responsibility!!

Excellent staff, all very helpful and polite. Very nice room for the price. Included safe in room and separate hand sink and vanity from the shower and toilet. There was laundry facilities and a substantial continental breakfast. Various types of food and drink vending and working ice machine. Literally a 2 minute walk if you go slow from a Wal-Mart several restaurant and retail options as well as a gas station.

Pros: Great location if you're broken down by the interstate and have to stay a day or two. Within 200 yards of a Wal Mart, a large Chinese buffet, and a Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff is also very nice.
Cons: This hotel is very loud, and I don't mean because of loud customers on a particular night. The doors to the rooms shut loudly. They don't have that sort of hydraulic door stop that prevents doors from slamming loudly. So all night it's doors slamming. Also the walls are pretty thin.
On the little things: The coffee maker in my room had no coffee pot. When I brought this up I was offered coffee in the lobby but no replacement pot. The bathroom had no trash can. The shower is in a separate room than where the towels are kept and there is no towel rack or hanger in the shower area. The beds are full size, not queen.response / report this review -

Housekeeping forgetting important items in room. Front desk folks are rude (morning employee female 6/4/2017). Both visits were not very good. Will not return

Great experience, newly renovated rooms,excellent customer service. Conveniently located. I stayed for a night for business trip.
I would recommend this hotel any day.

Decent. Rooms were kind of small but clean. Hotel staff was courteous. Continental breakfast offered but no frills. Kid and pet friendly. Good value for the price.

Nice indoor location. Room is nice refrigerator and microwave. Beds are queens. Pillows leave a little to be desired. Too hard. Breakfast is simple Waffles and cereal.

The Coldwater Red Roof Inn has always been a good hotel for resources the price. There's Internet, a nice clean room, and the beds are not bad.

The room was a lot better than I expected. It was actually pretty nice although certainly not fancy. Red Roof has improved a lot from 10 years ago.
