I've had good experiences at the other Ford dealerships in the area. This one, I won't go to, even though they are the closest. Lazy, snotty, and they actually did a weird playground thing where one of the mechanics/service advisors swooped in behind me and deliberately got too close to me. When I turned around and asked if I could be of assistance, he said, "I'm not looking at you, buddy. I'm just standing here." Huh? Is this third grade?

Don't go here! Go the extra few miles to Galpin. The gentleman in the parts department has no clue about products he currently has in stock. It seems as if he's doing as little as possible to keep his paycheck coming cuz he won't move but a few feet to pick up a pen literally a pen; P E N I saw him stretche as far as he could just to avoid having to get up and get it. I went in today to get a simple product and he ask me for my VIN number????? For a sunshade Disappointing.

Not the most professional place you could take your car in. Last time i got my bumper fixed they did not attach my license plate properly and it was gone by the time i got home. lets just say it is an ordeal getting new plates

Santa Monica Ford Collision Center is GREAT! I recently was in a car accident with significant damage done to my Lincoln MKX and my car looks brand new. They have great customer service and were able to complete my car in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I worked with Megan & Edwin throughout my process and have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

It's a car dealer, maybe not a used car dealer feel but it's certainly a place where you feel the undercurrent of a constant sales pitch between employees and victimseh customers. If you are used to dealing with even Toyota and not even Lexus level of dealerships, going to a Ford Lincoln dealer there is this immediate look of drab decor and cramped space in the showroom, walking in I immediately felt like I was in the craftsman tools section of sears. Sure it might be a an all American product concept but it hasn't aged well or carries the same gravitas as it used to before the sexy competition from Germany and Japan. The three products I liked in the dealership will sell but probably not to local customers, I got the sense that high demand products like the Focus RS, GT350R and Continental just get bought by folks who don't even visit the dealership until the deal is made over the phone and then it's just a matter of picking the car up.

Service done on a timely manner. All staff pleasant and helpful. But I have to give top marks to the lovely man who greets and directs parking of the cars as we pull in for service. I think his name is BJ?? What a truly wonderful person he is. Always happy, courteous and polite. Every company should have one like him!

Walter Novak, GM Pat and Simon were each very congenial and professional during my process of buying a used vehicle. From being picked up at the airport when I arrived to purchase the car to the quick and smooth process of closing the deal; I was treated well. I highly recommend Santa Monica Ford & Lincoln to any in the market. Oh, by the way, we love the car. It is as they said it was. William and Megan handled my repairs and I was so impressed. I've had a bad experience with Calliber Collision years ago, and I am so happy to find this place. They gave me daily email updates and a complete and detailed bid with photos of the damage. Their work is perfection. They were fast and efficient. If William wasn't available by phone, Megan was. I was encouraged to call any time. I love this place. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was specifically shopping for a Ford Focus as the lease on my Fiesta was coming due in about 7-8 months. Clearly I still had plenty of time so I did not 'have' to get another car yet but if I could 'make it work', then I wouldespecially since Ford had a current promotion of 0% financing for up to 72 months.

I had been looking online and considering two different dealershipsone in the Valley where I leased my Fiesta and the other being Santa Monica Ford. I was looking for red. The Valley dealership had three red - racing red only. Santa Monica Ford had only one red - ruby red, which was my preferred shade though racing red would have been okay if the price was right.

I called the Valley dealership salesman, through whom I leased my Fiesta, and got a price from him on one of the Focus's they had in stock. I used the online quote request to contact Santa Monica Ford and very promptly was contacted by one if their sales reps, Andrea Sepulveda.

I really enjoyed dealing with Andrea. She was a straight shooter from the onset which made me feel confident working with her. She contacted me the same evening I sent the online inquiryalmost immediately. We set a time for me to see and test drive the car the next evening after work. We discussed what could be done on the early return of my Fiesta, financing options and payment details on the Focus and when it was all said and done, I drove away that night with the car I wanted and at a better price than the Valley dealership was offering.
