You can get a lot of nice things for a fraction of the cost, but always look around because I got a pair of shoes at Sears for $8 and then saw them at Gabe's for $16

Absolutely love gabes. Good prices and deals. Inventory always changes here! They have stuff for the whole family. Sheets, clothes, pillows, toys, shoes, dog toys and treats, snacks etc. Basically like Wal-Mart only cheaper. I typically spend about an hour in there.

Cleanliness is decent. Employees at the register are usually very friendly, floor employees just kind of ignore you and do their own thing. That's a plus for some and a negative for others. Prices are, eh. Sometimes you can find a killer deal, but usually it's over priced. Shoe selection is in the toilet. It use to be the place to go for shoes, now the selection is horrible at best and prices have gone up quite a bit. Would I recommend this store? Yeah. But it's not what it used to be.

The staff is so friendly. They keep a clean store. The selection is second to no one. They have some of the best selection of clothing I have seen anywhere. Only down fall, is that I don’t have one to shop at in Detroit or Flint Michigan.

The clothing is cheap and I don't mean just price wise. However, I do think this is a place good for kids. They have tons of options for children which I think is great. For women, on the other hand, it's hard to find anything of my taste. The staff aren't too friendly either, especially in the dressing room!! Smile sometimes! 😊

The prices are unclear and if you're a common size don't waste your time going. I love getting clothes from here since they have such good deals but you always have to check for rips, tears, stains, ect because they'll sell it defective and many times the prices are unclear. Also it gets picked over fast so common sizes are basically never found here. If you're going clothes shopping here itll take way longer than going to say Walmart or the mall, but you will save money.

I love Gabes!! You can find something for almost anyone here. Selection has gotten a lot better over the years. 10 years ago you never knew if you were going to make a wasted trip or not. Now it's never a wasted trip they always have good things.
