Visitor parking is a joke. The nearest sign stating restricted visitor hours was 6 spaces from where I parked, and the sign directly in front of my parking space was a simple green and white Visitor Parking with arrows (no time restrictions stated). After a long day of driving from out of state to pack up my student, I walk out to my vehicle at 8am and find it booted and walk down to find the other sign stating visitor parking requires a permit from 2am to 8am, so how does someone get a parking pass when you arrive at 11pm and the office hours are 9am to 6pm?? Thanks for the $60 boot!

Horrible place to live. I should have read all the negative reviews here and elsewhere before signing a lease - my bad, and I'm paying for it. There are plenty of alternative places that are much cheaper to live. Just be aware that from the looks of the reviews, the good ones are being posted by management. You've been warned to stay away. If you don't it's your fault and you have no one to blame but yourself. Can't wait to leave!

Some on the staff are nice, others are just plain ambivalent and could care less (Bart Gibb, the property manager in particular). If you have a disability, stay away from this place - it's not accessible unless you are willing to walk a mile out of your way. My son was on crutches with two bruised heels (one with a fracture) after an injury and it took him over an hour to get from his car to his apartment. April claims that they are ADA compliant - I'd like to see her hobble on crutches and try to get from the parking lot to an apartment on the fourth floor - not going to happen.

Also, paying top $ for a single room apartment got my son an old room that had not been renovated, was severely damaged, stinks, and had sub-par amenities. Laundry machine frequently eats your money, they are constantly turning off your water to do plumbing repairs (which speaks to how dilapidated the place is), the internet is extraordinarily slow, they constantly change policies on you and make policies up as they go to suit their needs, and it just goes downhill from there.

If you ever get a medical condition that warrants emergent care and have to leave the property permanently, they WILL NOT modify your lease. Having tried to sell my son's lease, they DID NOT FOLLOW STATE LAW and now, I've got this going to an attorney to deal with the aggravation of this complex. THERE IS NO EMPATHY ON THE PART OF THE PROPERTY. Horrid living conditions, poor property management - STAY AWAY!

April and Bart have been absolutely non helpful since day 1, and they change policy on a whim depending on how they feel. Living here is like living in a sh•thole country

This place is the epitome of student living. The carpets and flooring are old and used, the neighbors are noisy, and the staff is overworked. I knew all of this going into my lease though. I've seen lots of negative reviews from people on all of these things, despite the fact that they are all things to be expected of when living in student housing. Read reviews online, read your lease agreement, don't expect too much, and you won't be disappointed (though for the money you can get a much nicer place somewhere). I chose to live here knowing these things, since I could pick my roommates on their roommate finder (huge plus when moving from out of state) and because I wanted a social, dorm like experience, both of which I got.

My complaint with this property however, is with the staff and the way they handle finances. Since I am a student my parents help me pay my rent, (neither of which have any of my banking information), as apart of my agreement with them I pay my monthly parking pass, ($7 a month), thus giving wolverine crossing access to my bank information for the charges. However, one month my mom typed in her own banking information and instead of the charge going onto her account, wolverine crossing's system charged mine. And, since I'm a broke college student, the payment bounced, charging me a $20 fee, and a $50 late fee for not having my rent due on time. When I went into the office to speak to them about the matter they blamed my bank (who I called and said had nothing to do with them), and when both my mom AND me emailed wolverine's accountant for further info, we never heard back from her. Now it's 2 months later and I have no new information on the situation and am left dumbfounded by the lack of information and help from the staff. No management will ever be perfect, but good staff will try their best to fix things something I haven't experienced here.

I lived at Wolverine from August 2016 to May 2017 before leaving for something cheaper. I am now considering moving back. I loved it there, the apartment security was top notch, all the staff I felt with were amazing and their roommate pairing actually worked well, everyone in my apartment got along great and the guys I lived with are actually some of my best friends now. Reading through some of the reviews on here is crazy, I never experienced any of the problems that people are giving 1 star for. I would highly recommend wolverine to anyone looking for an apartment close to campus with excellent security and fast internet (best part) 👍

The WORST place to live. The whole 3rd floor smells like dirty laundry all the time. If something breaks, then they rarely if ever fix it. Your never going to get your deposit back by the way, and your having a laugh if you think you can get out of a lease early. The front office and phone support staff have NO IDEA how to help you through ANY significant problem you might have. The other people who live there tend to be really loud and rude (not all of them, but a lot).

My girlfriend lived there for 2 1/2 years and it was the worst experience. The new management doesn't care at all about you, and they only care about getting your money. They (on multiple occasions) tried to trick my girlfriend into paying hundreds of dollars more in fees then she had to. They told her to move out and then told her it was all a clerical error that she was told to move out and that she was still responsible for a lease after FOUR front office workers told her the contrary.

The place is dirty, and the rooms don't have proper ventilation so they always smell.

Do yourself a favor and DON'T LIVE HERE.

I have lived here for the past few months, and everyone has been awesome and friendly. Maintenance and staff has been great and comes to help within the next day after putting in a maintenance request. The location is very convenient and the amenities (pools, hot tubs, basketball and volleyball courts) make living here even better!

This is a wonderfully social complex. It's location is optimal being night next to UVU and the bus stop. The staff here do their very best to fix things quickly and answer any questions you may have. There are fantastic events that are great for building a social life and there are lounges created to help you study for finals. Overall, Wolverine Crossing is a well rounded, fantastic place to live.

Wolverine crossing is THE BEST. I have lived at so many apartment complexes in Orem/Provo and this place really stands out. The staff is so nice and there are tons of events. This is probably one of the most social properties I've ever been to and every weekend their pool is the place to be there's always people to play volleyball with or to talk to in the hot tub. Wolverine crossing is more than just a place to eat and sleep it's a great place to meet new people and where the staff really care about their residents. I wish I would have started my college experience living here.

I have been living at Wolverine Crossing for a year a love it! It is a great place to meet new people and get involved. I am a very social person so I love the events the apartment complex puts on and the sand volleyball and pool amenities. I have already renewed my lease!

Wolverine crossing is an AMAZING place to live!! I absolutely love the social environment, and the management is super easy to work with. The volleyball court and hot tub are my favorite and I've met so many people that way. DEFINITELY LIVE HERE :)

This place is a lot of fun! They put on events all the time for the residents, and try to make sure that you have everything you need to have a comfortable experience. There are a lot of things on the property that I can use - a two-floor gym, two pools, and it has a soda fountain in the leasing office for residents!

Living here has been fairly nice. Wolverine Crossing has the best amenities (huge gym, two pools, two hot tubs) that I've seen at any student housing in this area. However, don't believe the show room they show you. It has never been lived in and looks immaculate. Upon moving in, I realized that's not what the real rooms look like. I pay $560 a month for a private room and it's way overpriced. Wolverine Crossing is in desperate need of a renovation. Cupboards & counters are disgusting and old, huge stains all over the carpet everywhere in my room (I put in a work order to have them replaced but they weren't "stained" enough), both of the horribly old couches that came in the family room had multiple huge holes ripped in them, and the floor in the kitchen had definitely not been cleaned in years, if it even had ever been cleaned. Can't control your own heat/a.c, even after paying a set utility fee of $60 for each roommate. Don't bother filling out the "roommate match" because 2 of my 3 roommates are from foreign countries and are nothing like what i filled out on my paper. Great amenities, but that's all wolverine crossing has to offer. If you're fine with paying a hefty price for all of them, then definitely stay here because they have the best I've seen.
