The suite was nice with a balcony overlooking downtown. I loved the hot tub located on that balcony. Extra towels were provided promptly. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Only a couple of complaints: 1) there was very sketchy Wi-Fi available for the downtown location 2) it took quite some time running the water before it became hot.

I only stay there because I have to for work. I would recommend staying anywhere else and the majority of the employees that work there are completely rude and should not be allowed to have any interaction with customers.

Hotel is in dire need of a facelift. It's becoming quite threadbare. That said, I do love the higher floor views of the Ohio River. Very relaxing to watch the barges and river pass by.

Hotel looks old on outside but it's newer on inside. Some of the fixtures in room are loose but all functioned. Room was clean.

Great central location. Lots of reataurants nearby. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Hotel appearance is that it looks a bit run down on outside and some parts inside but lobby and many things look very nice. Can tell that they try to keep it nice.

Comfortable bed. Good location. However, there was NO hot water on the entire 9th floor. I discovered this when it was too late to change rooms, and when I left the front desk staff was nowhere to be found.
