Terrible customer service. Do not use these people. They are crooks. Will tell you anything to sell you. Once they sell you, they do not provide what was promised. Waste of time and money. Luckily found other companies in keys that actually deliver on their promises.

Had a great time despite the rain and tour leaving 30 mins late. My only real issues was asking for tips when all was said and done. The tour was really expensive and we were led to believe gratuities were included in the price. So I thought that is a tacky way to end the tour.

Loved this! We went snorkeling. It was my first time and they were very clear on the how to. We arrived with a separate tour company that booked this place for us. Couldn't complain. They made us aware of any dangers and allowed us to opt out if we wanted. Turned out better then they said it could go. Thanks guys! Free drinks afterwards. They earned their tips if anything deserved more!

Loved our sunset cruise out of Key West complete with a champagne toast just as the sun dropped below the horizon. Very competitively priced at a cost of about $100 after taxes for a 2 hour cruise on a glass bottom boat with narrator and snacks. It was very conveniently booked online the day of. Really great. Highly recommend.

I was booked to go on the glass bottom boat tour on July 31. That morning, I received a text saying due to high winds (Tropical Storm Emily), the boat would not be going to the reef, but into the Gulf of Mexico. Well, I'm a Tampa native and I've seen plenty of the Gulf. I called the number and the lady who answered very nicely rebooked me for the following day. We did go out to the reef that day and it was fabulous. I sat on the floor with the kids (not my kids, just all the kids on the boat) and let my feet dangle over the glass bottom. The tour was very informative and I learned some new things about corals and the fish we saw. I could have stayed out there for hours more, but some of the kids looked like they were getting bored so it was probably about the right length for families.
The ride was very smooth, though I did take a Dramamine because I am prone to motion sickness. There was one girl who got sick and the crew could not have been more attentive. I saw her dad tip the crew $10 on the way off the boat. They really want to make sure everyone has a good time.
This was my second glass bottom boat trip in Key West, the first being 25 years ago! I had just as much fun as I did back then. I'm a Florida native, and I love eco-tours like this one that let me see the natural beauty of my home state. I hope you take some time to enjoy it on your vacation, as well.response / report this review -

Great experience. Paid around $100 dollars for the two of us to go snorkeling. On the way back you can drink as much beer and margaritas as you can included in the price!!!!

We booked this as a little trip for the kids. While the guide was knowledgeable. I felt the time over the reef was very short before we had to head back in to Port. Overall for the price I would have expected a little longer but. If your looking for something to do I would suggest looking at all the options.

Fun adventure. I recommend the half day in the hot summer. The activities are really fun! I did the parasailing, banana boat, and jet skiing. Tons of fun, but expensive too. Be prepared to take the test to operate a jet ski beforehand and budget time for that when you go.

The 8:30am tour today, 12/23/16 was terrible. They need to improve their customer service. They told us there were lockers but it was just a bin that they put under the counter with no lock. A woman fell and hurt her knee and only after did the guy say to be careful with the ropes, in a way making fun of her. When riding the jetskis the guides were rude and they said the symbols way too fast, it was hard to remember.

Worst jet ski tour I've ever had. I'm extremely upset at the guide . He was very aggressive and rude I will make sure no one I know will go to this place again. It was 3 guides the Uruguay guy was the best of them all. I will never be returning. It was the 8:30am tour 12/23/16
