  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first BnB experience here. Hospitality was great and breakfast was always different and good as well. Location was good and within walking distance from old town attractions. Would stay again

  Absolutely amazing place with expert & very caring staff who want you to have the best vacation possible. They have thought of every detail to make you as comfortable as you would be at home. The food was outstanding and the environment quiet & relaxing. We would definitely return here above any other.

  Our stay at the Mermaid & The Alligator was definitely the best bed&breakfast we have been to yet. I went with my wife for her birthday and Jerry ensured we had a great stay. Quaint decorations, wonderful pool and garden area, delicious breakfast muffins, and complimentary wine. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time around! Service and amenities are excellent, rooms are clean and cozy and beds are super comfortable! So happy we made the right decision.

  The overall environment was very pleasant, and the service was just as awesome! I was extreamly surprised by the speed at which I was served at! The drinks where reasonably priced, and they bar tender was really nice and patient with me since I had no idea what I really wanted to drink! I would definitely recommend going her for a drink!

  Stayed here for my honeymoon and wish I could live here! The entire staff was amazing. They took care of EVERYTHING and were nice and kind the entire time. I don't think I ever saw someone without a genuine smile. The location is also wonderful, just far enough off Duval so you can relax without the craziness, but close enough to easily walk everywhere you could want to be.

  We toured The Mermaid & The Alligator during the Key West Holiday Lighted Inns event. They really went above and beyond with amazing hors d'oevres and stunning decorations.

  Beautiful place with beautiful people. Great service. Breakfast was amazing. Close to Duval but far away enough so you can relax. Loved it stayed in the attic but it was great. The soaking tub was fabulous

  Fantastic B&B! Lovely and historic with so much attention to detail. The grounds are full of lush tropical landscaping and resident parrots. Fresh breakfast and coffee served each morning in the garden. Great place
  for a romantic getaway. Within
  walking distance to everything; super convenient location.

  Stayed for a few nights on the last visit to KW
  
  Great place to stay. Hosts exceptionally good and if you love dogs they have the very well behaved house sitters!
  
  Close walk to the main area - though everything is a close walk if you enjoy walking.
  
  Relaxed and easy atmosphere.
  
  Parking is a little tight if you've a sports car and are worried about other drivers doors knocking into you
