Service is excellent, host is very respectful and delightful. Definitely making this our usual spot. Food was phenomenal, I had sushi and the fish was incredibly fresh my husband had the hibachi and he couldn't stop saying how good it is.. I love this place!

Excellent service. The chef was very funny and made it a great experience for my 5 yr old. The owner went around making sure everyone was having a great time. She loved the salmon with her hibachi, and i had a very tasty Udon Tempura soup. We will definitely be back.

It's amazing butBUT NOTHING!!! The owner is exceptionally appreciative of your patronage, furthermore the menu has a great selection for many palates. Spicy, sweet, you name it. Service is great, food is amazing and the ambiance is lovely. A perfect balance of Japanese cuisine and the feeling of relaxing in a lounge. I cannot wait until my next visit. I have to save up some money for it, but it is well worth it!

The hibachi here is fantastic. They put on quite a good show and are willing to accommodate special dietary considerations (vegan/veg and food allergies). The atmosphere is nice and clean and thr restaurant is rarely full to capacity. I strongly recommend checking Fujiyama out for anyone who is interested in the hibachi experience.

Literally the best miso soup I've ever had in my entire life. The staff was friendly, attentive and deserve a WAY over a 20% tip. Will absolutely be back soon.

The food is very good and my daughter and her family have a tradition that each family member has his/her birthday dinner there. The owner celebrates it up for your birthday. Downstairs in The Hibachi room he comes in with his gong and helps you to celebrate Japanese style. Upstairs it's a little more formal and but he still comes over and sings Happy Birthday with the people at your table.

Very good service. Amazing sushi at a high price.This is worth the price for the level of care put into the making of the sushi and resulting flavor of each peace. They have both common rolls like a "Yellowtail roll" or a "California roll" and "designer rolls" , like " The Whitehouse roll" or the "Volcano roll" . These may seem to sound like odd combinations but are much more of an adventure, at a higher price point.

My husband isn't a huge sushi fan but we went here and he loved it! It is BYOB which is great! The staff is wonderful, the owner came to each table to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Really a great spot!

The food here is phenomenal. We've eaten upstairs in the Sushi section as well as downstairs in the Hibachi section and they never disappoint. The Ninja Turtle roll is outstanding. The ambiance and service are top notch.

The restaurant is nice although dimly lit for a hibachi. The food is OK although overpriced and the service is horrible. Our waiter seemed annoyed when we asked questions, was not helpful and borderline rude. Overall, would not go again.

The food is always amazing. The service is warm and welcoming, and the owner always makes a point to greet his guests. The Hibachi is incredible and the sushi is stunning.
