Everyone is great there but the lady who works in the safety deposit box area. She is rude and has an attitude when you are trying to go in. She makes it seems like you are bothering her when she doing but surfing the internet i have seen it. The last i went she was looking up wedding stuff and this time it was stuff for her vacation. She talks very loud to other co-workers for example how else would i know she is leaving for Vegas on April and staying at the planet hollywood. If she is talking to another co-worker she makes you wait and tells you "ill be with you in a minute" so she can finish her coversation with the co worker. She needs to change her attitude she does nothing all day the least you can do is your job. Because of her she makes me not want to go there.

Good Service, great for checking accounts. Don't waste your time for loans or savings accounts. They really aren't into that sort of thing.

Frost is, hands down on customer service. Not only customer service, but also by stopping transactions on my account that people have tried to hack! They literally stop all transactions immediately without me even knowing someone was using my account. They also refunded my account fast. Did not have to wait on my money to be refunded! I have been with Frost for 15yrs. Won't ever switch banks. I could go about how much more they have done on behalf of my account, but it's been amazing!
