I was in town for a few weeks and stumbled upon Friends. Once I found it, I went back multiple times a week and placed pick-up orders. I was never disappointed. The food always looks so picturesque and is delicious. The drinks are great as well. The service is always attentive and engaging. They have a rotating menu of appetizer, entree, and dessert specials, so you could never get bored of the menu. But their menu staples are delicious as well. People would not stop raving about the steak or the pork tenderloin. If you get a chance, talk to the bartenders. They make solid recommendations for drinks and food. It was because of them that I tried half the menu before I left.

Apropos of its name, this upscale bistro has an informal and friendly atmosphere with a small yet eclectic menu. Dinner is recommended over lunch for a much more expanded and tastier selection. Moderately expensive but worth a splurge for special occasions. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. One of Valdosta's better eating establishments.

The food was great. The menu isn't extensive, but the choices available are certainly tasty. They have a great roasted squash that would be a Thanksgiving smash, especially for those who usually steer away from squash. Everyone was very welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

We typically eat here at least once a week. Of the countless times we’ve been I’ve had sub-par service only once.every other time has been absolutely phenomenal. Hostesses are always pleasant and efficient, bar tenders are fantastic, 99.9% of servers are quick, kind and attentive, and food is always spot on!

If you haven't been here you are missing out. Their food is cooked where you can see it. The staff are all kind. The restaurant itself is unique. When it comes to food I can't think of anywhere that beats it. Try their desserts and you will not be let down. Amazing🍹💜

Service was good till we got our app. Took over 30 min to get our entree. Waitress never came back even to top off our water (even when we had nothing left). The food was good though. Overall the service and time to get food wasn't worth the price.

This is by far our favorite place to go. We love the atmosphere and staff. The food is local and unique with a twist on comfort foods too. My recommendation: the Taytini and any special that includes fried green tomatoes!

Food is always the best. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Environment is lovely. We were there for lunch, but dinner is wonderful.

I've been so SUPER disappointed with the service at Friend's the past couple times I have been. Tonight was no different, and we arrived after the rush and only ordered dessert and a couple cocktails. I find this completely unacceptable for one of few restaurants, of high caliber, in this town. The two other, slightly lower caliber restaurants, in their group, continue to have amazing food, drinks, AND service. Their seafood restaurant is the ONLY seafood restaurant I eat at, because they always go above and beyond to make sure my severe seafood allergies are accommodated. Their original restaurant needs some serious attention in the service department. My parents refuse to eat there anymore after several bad service experiences, in a row. I'd seriously hate to follow in their footsteps. I always enjoy the food and drinks, but I expect exceptional service along with the exceptional food. Hope to see some changes next time or it may have to be my last.
