  After researching several companies, I am happy to say that I went with Friendly Security. They live up to their name! I did not want to get into a 3 year contract which all the other companies will make you sign. I found Friendly offered a month to month as long as you had your own equipment which we did. My first contact was Judy who was so helpful to me, she had me take pictures of my current system and send the pictures to her cell phone and was able to tell me that they could use my current equipment and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. She had her husband Joby talk to me who confirmed that my system would work with some reprogramming. I scheduled for him to come out and he was very professional and helpful, got my system up and running and gave me suggestions on what I can or don't need to do. He gave me his cell phone number and said if I ever needed anything or any help to call him. I highly recommend Joby and his wife to anyone who is looking for a security company.

  I called Friendly Security after our current company, Monitronics, dropped the ball for the last time. I was extremely frustrated with Monitronics and expected that all alarm companies offered terrible customer service and only cared about getting the monthly fee. I was wrong!
  
  Friendly Security is an exceedingly well-run company with excellent customer service and support in the office and field. Judy in the office maintains excellent contact with the customers. Joby and his crew in the field were on time EVERY time. Appointments were made for a certain time, not a window of time. The installation was excellent.
  
  Friendly does charge to install your system but they do NOT sign you up for a long-term monitoring contract. It's a month-to-month contract. It is well worth it to pay the upfront fee in exchange for their amazingly good service and a month-to-month contract instead of a multi-year contract.
  
  Call them. You won't be disappointed. Because they did such a great job with my regular alarm I'm having them install a surveillance system next year.

  Friendly Security is true to their name and Joby and his colleagues exemplify customer service. They use reliable technology, monitoring is responsive and courteous and when emergency response is required they quickly initiate that response. Anytime we need to troubleshoot our system, Joby is very quick to respond via text or call and he prioritizes his response. Today Joby came out after we called him yesterday to discuss some of the sensors, before coming to our house he screened our system and came informed of our system’s status. He patiently walked us through options and we agreed to a follow up visit to upgrade our system to better meet our needs. We highly recommend Friendly Security.

  After researching several alarm companies in town I decided to call Friendly Security. I have worked with Joby to get my alarm system installed, and all I can say is that he is one of the most professional and honest people I have ever met. If you are looking for a new alarm company, stop researching and give Friendly Security a call. You will not be dissapointed. They are just awesome!!

  Just got a home security system installed in our new house. Joby and Judy are great to work with. Judy was quick with scheduling and giving all the necessary information you need to know about home security. Joby came to our house and gave us an estimate and later installed the system for us. He was very patient in explaining about how the system works etc.
  
  The prime reason we went with Friendly Home Security System is that is this is a family owned business and have great reviews here on google. So far, very happy with these guys. Highly recommended.
