Great experience. Had some transmission work needed that was covered under warranty. Craig in the service department could not have been any nicer or accommodating. We were very impressed and will now consider taking both of our Chevy's here for future service. They put the Charlotte Chevy dealers that we've dealt with in the past to shame.

Worth the drive from Raleigh! My wife and I were looking for a white Buick Regal GS and we found one in Wendell NC at a different dealer. We test drove it and liked the car, but the salesman was awful. Really high pressure sales, and had no idea how to talk to a potential customer. He didn't really know much about the car, and blatantly lied to us. We decided to let that car go because I could not see giving them our money. We found an almost identical car at this dealer but it was about 2 hours away from Raleigh. We called and spoke to Nathan and he was AMAZING. Right to the point in answering questions, responded to emails in minutes, and no sales talk. Just honest, direct, and extremely friendly. We drove last weekend to pick it up and love the car. The price was right and we were in and out very quickly. This dealer should be a model of how all auto dealers should be run.

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Friendly Chevrolet in Troy on 12/23/2015. The truck had been brought in as a trade on the previous day. The truck had some issues with heat, radio, coolant leak and a crack in the windshield. Friendly Chevrolet and Greg Ellis went out of their way to help fix all issues at no cost to me. I would recommend this dealership and Greg Ellis to anyone. They will treat you right.
