I got my tires replaced here along with an inspection when my mom bought a car here. It was super easy and they gave me a great deal on the tires and the inspection. Would definitely go back and reccomend to others as well.

I recently accompanied my dad as he was purchasing a new car. We visited several different dealerships in the area and Parks was by far the best. From the general manager down to the sales staff, everybody was very nice and extremely friendly. I certainly appreciated the respect and courtesy they gave my dad. They really made the car buying process a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks guys!!!

Had my 2011 Mazda serviced at Parks this year, and when I got home it was one quart low on oil. I alerted the service dept and to their credit they did offer to send a technician over to meet me in Greensboro and top it off. I was working and declined, and just topped it off myself. I don't go here for service anymore. Something as simple as the oil level is quickly and easily verified after refilling. I don't know what item that is not so easily verified may have been missed or incorrectly performed. I need to be able to trust the that the work done on my car is done correctly.
And to be clear, the issue is not that I FELT the service was inadequate, it was in fact inadequate in that the oil level was refilled and left one quart low.

If your looking to work here i advise you look somewhere else the general manager Wil Vinson doesnt care about his employees nor customers. He hired me under the pretenses that the store was on the way going up. He said in 3 month he was gonna have the store inventory with closer to 100 cars the day i left they still barley have 50. the pay plan sucks and its not made for a completely used car store half the inventory are up north flood vehicle or something is wrong with them i advise every stay away from this liar. I've seen so many vehicle come back because of whats wrong with them .(like the black BMW convertible brought back and instead of taking it to the shop he put it back on the lot waiting for a sucker to buy it) Also they have people surveying the land and showed us blue prints that the store may be made into a grocery store.
If you go to buy a car from there have a mechanic to inspect the car 1st. Also had a customer looking at a Mercedes 2009 . the vehicle had a oil leak Which made it smoke) and the customer wouldn't take it he brushed them off like the car was perfect and said just put it back on the Lott. The sales crew are great the service management was also great the service tech are pretty good to . Just be careful and dont trust Wil Vinson i bet he wonders why managers come and Go
Remember what you put out is what you will Receive. The parks company seems like a great company to work for just dont go working at parks select in High Point While Wil Vinson is the General manager

I would highly recommend Parks Select. Very no -nonsense straight up folks from Jay Hilton in Sales to the General Manager Will. We received the exact agreement that had been discussed before our pick up of our "new to us" car. No hidden fees and all just as agreed upon. Nice to be able to know that the car buying experience can be so straightforward. I would most definitely buy from them again.
