Just recently bought my third Highlander from. Van York Toyota. Have always worked with Mike Reed who is a great person and a very patient salesperson. He had to be to put up with me. I am not an easy person to deal with but Mike made my experience bearable.
He found the car I wanted and made sure all the options I wanted were added. As I stated before this is the third Highlander I have purchased from Mike and I would highly recommend that you make him your salesperson too!

Hands down the best dealership I have purchased a vehicle from. From the sales, to finance to their best all around customer service they live up to all 5 stars. My wife and I have purchased a 2017 Camry, Tundra, and last a Highlander from Vann York this year. The salesman, Randy Hardin, manager, Marvin, and the finance guys, Vinny and Charles, have all been a pleasure to deal with. We looked at other brands and other dealerships every time, but always ended up back at Vann York. Particularly Randy and Marvin had great patience with us. Zero pressure and always ready and willing to get us whatever we wanted regardless of what was on the lot. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We've dealt with Vann York service department for many years and they are a big part of the reason we stay with Vann York. William in Service is the best.

I would like to compliment this dealership for excellent customer service. But would like to recognize one gentlemen Randy Hardin for going out of his way to deliver the car to my home when I could not go to pick it up due to my son being in the hospital. He was was very professional and very nice and return my call each and everytime .Also Charles Martin in financing for going out of his way and take time to explain several different way to purchase my vehicle and explain everything in such detail. I have been in the market and went to Vann York Toyota to look at their used cars. For the sake of transparency I did not end up buying the car I test drove that day, and instead just went ahead and repaired my old car; but I have to say that Cole was a great sales rep. So helpful, and willing to talk numbers. As well as Jerome Sam (who looks a lot like Ray Liotta, which I mean in a nice way), couldn't have been nicer and very low pressure. If you need a used car or are looking to buy a new Toyota you can't go wrong with Vann York Toyota.

My wife and I had a great experience here at Vann York Toyota. We bought our very first car and we were able to get it in our price range. Jimmie Boyd did an excellent job helping my wife find the best car for her and I hope he can help me find a new 4runner or Tundra in my price range very soon. Thanks for our first car buying experience.

The service part was not my best experience. We went in for the 5000 mile check up. I had to wait 1.5 hours after they told me 30 minutes. Then they told me that I needed a new tire that there was a nail in the tirenot sure how it got there. Then told me it would be covered since it was a new car but they called me the next day saying that they would cover up to $200 however the tire was going to cost $350 or more. Not sure what they were trying to do but I took it to another tire place and they patched the tire after van York said it was not patchable and I've driven the car another 2000 miles since and it has been fine.

I recently bought a 2016 Corolla from Vann York. Keith McKeller was my salesperson and he was the best part of the buying experience. I also had an older Corolla in for service the same day and the service department is fabulous. They are very helpful, pleasant and speedy.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the whole car buying process. Working with Keith and picking the car was the fun and easy part. But, I ended up being there over 6 hours trying to buy the car and almost walked out. The haggling and back and forth over price and financing deals was exhausting once I got to the "manager comes over" stage. I will never do that again Next time, I will opt to work out pricing and financing through the Internet Department before I step foot into the dealership to sign papers and pick up my car. If I can work with Vann York on-line next time I buy a car, then I will certainly do so. If not, I'll find another dealer who can.

Been there multiple times and each time the customer service was excellent. Traded my Tundra for a newer model Tundra, the salesman was able to take care of most of the stuff over the phone, so when I showed up to get a price negotiated, I didn't have to waste any time. Went so well that my girlfriend bought her car from there 6 months after I had been there. They were able to order the exact car she wanted and get it at a price that no other dealership could ever come close to. It's always a pleasure to do business with them and I will be back in the future.
