I had a great experience. Kenny Hawkins met me as soon as i pulled up and assisted me all the way through. I went to check out an offer i received in the mail, wasn't really looking to purchase a car but i ended up walking off the lot with a brand new car!! I have an 02 Impala that I brought in for the recall on the ignition. My car worked perfectly fine before bringing it in. When I went to pick it up they gave me a key that was too long and my car wouldn't start. I went back in and was told just play with it and it should get better. Within a week the car was returned because now I am having problems starting it because I have to play with the ignition so it will start. I was told the problem is the contacts have gone out. Of course they have because I have to pull the key in and out and if it's not just right then the car is not starting.

The dealership takes no responsibility and says it has nothing to do with each other. It doesnt take a genius to know the key goes into the ignition to start.If I have to pull the key in and out and wiggle it around to get my car to start then it's probably messed something up within the ignition.

Moral of the story is stay away from this dealership. They will not fix your car. If anything they will cause more problems and then tell you "Good try" as the service manager told me.
