Had to take my Oldsmobile here for a under hood fire recall. Took them about an hour and a half. It wasn't bad since they were busy. The service was good.

I brought my Tahoe in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They called and asked to do a few more items on the need to do list for my miles now I've had to bring it back for a rattling noise that wasn't there before. Left it for 3 days they said all is good. Not so now I've brought it back again and they have it again for over two days. The worst part is they don't even call to tell you what's going on.

This is the second Chevy that I've bought at Wayne Thomas Chevrolet. And both of my experiences have been outstanding. Each deal was very clear and thorough. And I received awesome deals both times!

Their service department also has given me great experiences. From quick and easy oil changes. To loaning me a car until a new tire came in for mine.

I highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Wayne Thomas Chevrolet. Not just because their awesome but CHEVY is the only way to go.

Outstanding dealership. I submitted my contact request online (late at night) and was in communication with them the very next morning. After test driving the Jeep Liberty on their lot, I was very interested but didn't feel comfortable signing until it checked out mechanically. Not only did Wayne Thomas make the necessary repairs, but they also allowed me to take it to the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership up the road and have it inspected. After I felt secure about the car's condition, they dropped the price so that it was more in line with the amount that I had financed, too. It was a very smooth buying experience and there was no pressure whatsoever on added warranties or packages. They even made sure that I had gas before I drove it off the lot. 5/5 stars, thank you for going the extra mile to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my Jeep Liberty.

We bought our 2012 Equinox back in Sept. 2011 at Wayne Thomas Chevrolet. These are great folks, especially Jerry Atwood in the Service Department. I get all of my servicing done at Wayne Thomas Chevy & I even replaced the OEM tires from Wayne Thomas Chevy and got a competitive price on a set of Michelins. The staff is efficient, prompt and friendly. Wayne, you can be very proud of your staff.

Took my girlfriend's car here a few months back for an ignition switch recall, we picked the car up and the turning signal would no longer click off automatically. This also caused/still causes it to click sometimes even when not engaged. After scheduling an appointment to fix it and being told that they were ordering the part, we were certain that the problem was going to corrected. Unfortunately, on the day we set aside to take the car in they chose to tell us (after several hours of waiting) that they had decided it wasn't their fault. Long story short, the manager had no idea what went on and opted to go with the "we didn't touch that part" story he was fed upon investigation. I know this because he actually said "I'm just going by what I was told" when asked to explain how he reached his conclusion. NOTE: The broken part(signal rod) is on the opposite side of the steering column right where the top and bottom covers meet. Regardless of the employee testimony it could have easily happened on accident while in their care. Needless to say this was not a debate on my end and they made the choice to lose a customer over a $35 part that day. While they clearly maintain a solid PR game here on the internet(at least enough to encourage me to revise my original rant) I still recommend that people go elsewhere for the simple fact that there are too many dealerships in this world to risk letting one screw you over. One Star for this experience.

I have been a customer of Wayne Thomas Chevrolet for years, they have a wonderful service department. Two weeks ago my car battery died and I was sitting on the side of the road with my 6 month old, I called Wayne Thomas service and spoke with Alan, he was very nice and said he would come out and jump me off so I could make it back there to get it fixed. He and another gentleman came out in the pouring rain and jumped me off, that shows what kind of people they are. He didn't charge me a dime for coming out, he thanked me for my business. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with them. They are top notch service department. Thanks for all you do!!

I have now purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and i will go no where else when it is time to purchase the 5th. This is a great family owned company and you can feel that while you are there. They are not pushy and will work hard to find you exactly what you are looking for at a price you can afford. They don't shove gimmicks down your throat, or push you into something you can't afford like other dealerships. I can not say enough about the staff so give them a try next time your in the market for a new car or just need your car serviced.
