Was actually very very very friendly and patient! We loved the Brazilian guy i wish i remembered his name, but my girlfriend did all the talking so i never really got his name downthis place is an absolute guarantee for great service!! I will suggest every friend that needs a new car to go here! And all of their cars are like brand new and very slick looking!!!

They constantly have new inventory and they have a company vehicle DNA that checks the cars out to guarantee the engine and transmission. Definitely a step ahead of the other used car stores in cleanliness and customer service.

I got a great reliable car from these guys. They've been there forever and now I see why. They helped me get the best deal with a great, low, interest rate. Mitch was my salesman and he was just the best! So friendly and infomative. I highly recommend friendly!! Made the car buying process the less stressful I have ever experienced.Thanks for all you do guys!!!

Paul, Gelson, and the team at Friendly Auto Gallery are extremely honest, caring, and helpful people! As we all know, the car buying process can be extremely stressful.. but Paul and his team made sure that I had a stress-free car buying experience and I ended up with a beautiful Nissan Maxima that I absolutely LOVE!!!! They worked with my situation and helped me get a great deal on a great quality vehicle. I couldn't be happier! Great customer service.. five stars, for sure! :)

I had a great experience with Friendly Auto Gallery. I'd been shopping for a quality used car for months, but had not found anything I liked. I am a single mom, so my budget was rather tight, AND I'm very picky about what I drive. On the advice of a coworker I looked at Friendly's website. I saw several cars that interested me, so I went to test drive them that weekend. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They were, in fact, very friendly. However, most importantly, the salesman actually knew about cars. (Did I mention that I'm really picky?) I found a really nice Land Rover that met all my requirements: drive ability, comfort, looks, even price! They worked WITH me to make the deal work for me. They matched me with Gateway One Lending and Finance at a very reasonable interest rate. The entire process was quick, easy, and much more accommodating than I expected. (About a month after my purchase, the dealership called me to make sure I was enjoying the car, and happy with the purchase overall.) I can honestly say that I plan to make any and all future car purchases with Friendly Auto Gallery.

Went in to buy a car because my transmission was going bad. Paul gave me a good tip that my transmission should still be covered by Nissan. I ended up getting a free transmission, saving me from having to buy a new car when I still had payments on my old one. This is an honest, trustworthy dealer I would definitely do business with when I'm ready to buy a car again.

This place really sells quality vehicles at reasonable prices. each vehicle you can tell has been hand selected from great sources and have been put through a very rigorous mechanical inspection. they also know the vehicles they are selling very well. Mitch Jones shops for replacement parts for the vehicles personally. friendly auto gallery definitely has great customer service and want you to leave satisfied. they were honest, respectful, and very friendly. Mitch Jones could not have been more helpful and it was a real pleasure to meet this man. he even was able to remember who my father is from almost 30 years ago when he taught horticulture in hall county. Mitch even had some great stories to share about my father it was a real delight to talk to him.
in the end he sold me a great 2004 nissan frontier for a great price that i have complete confidence in. I absolutely recommend this place 100 percent.response / report this review
