My experience with this location was terrible, I am in court with them now. They seem to have favor with the Judge. I paid over 12,000.00 dollars for work that lasted one day. I feel bad because the owner is very nice but if the judge makes another bad decision. I will have to get a civil rights attorney, I don't have that kind of money to waste.

Awesome people. I went to 2 other dealers who said I need an air compressor and air dryer. These guys fixed my air governor. Other places wanted 4k to fix I got governor fixed and clutch switch plus labor charges for under 400$. Very polite and professional. Rolando was awesome. Worked with me in every way, kept me updated. Other places wanted to rip me off and these guys were very truthful. I know where I'm going if I need anything. Thank you Freightliner of Savannah for being who you are.

Had a problem with the big truck and there's a fellow there by the name of mr. J he figured out what was wrong with the Salem Trucking across the street couldn't figure out or didn't want to figure out so mr. J you're tops in my book at Freightliner of Savannah

WATCH YOUR BILL FOR EXTRA CHARGES.
1. They charge you an "Enviro Fee" which is actually space rental while your truck is there which is 10% of your labor charges

Check engine light came on our 2016 Cascadia. I called the dealership Friday morning and spoke with Rolando. He told me to bring it in and they will diagnose the problem. The issue was:
"unit has dosing injection line fault requiring the dosing injector &
supply line to be replaced. Unit will be completed by closing as long
as unit passes post repair regeneration & no other underlying faults
are observed during post repair inspection". Our driver came in at 11AM and left the same day 5PM with a fixed truck. Rolando from service made my day, when he told me the parts and labor were under warranty. I can say I am a happy customer and will take my trucks there again.response / report this review -

Really great people - educated me when i needed it. Because I live on the GA and SC state line, they have been very helpful.The salesman and the sales manager were both very helpful. They spent over 2 hours with me answering questions and sharing the difference between vocational trucks and axle requirements. Shared a lot about tech, values, ROI's. Felt like they really cared about my business. Never once felt pressure - only education and friendship
