They are great with both of my pitbulls. They could tell one of my dogs was nervous so they gave him time and space to relax before they started the exam. Now Jasper is as calm there as he is at home.

Nothing but wonderful experiences. I have four dogs, all go to EAH. This past week has been absolutely draining. Three of my four dogs had to go to the vet for various reasons.
Last Friday, Odin started throwing up blood and so I knew he immediately needed a vet visit. EAH has able to get us in as soon as I was able to get to Odin (I had to drive in from Florida, he was staying with my parents). I told Dr. Livingston about Odin's past history of this illness and she was able to diagnose Odin with Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome. I was pleased she didn't want to run unnecessary test since there really are no test to diagnose this condition and she was able to send home the appropriate medicines and Odin was so much better the next day! I had to take my other dog to the vet Thursday since her nails were breaking and were extremely brittle. Dr. Livingston took a look at her nails and diagnosed her with a yeast infection and allergies and sent home a shampoo.
I had an emergency Friday morning and had to take Coffee in as soon as they opened because of her eye. It was a walk-in, so I was expecting to wait at least an hour for the vet, however I didn't. They got me in a room immediately and Dr. Livingston was able to see me in about 20-30 minutes. She immediately went to work on looking into Coffee's eye and diagnosing it as an ulcer.
Did I also mention it isn't breaking the bank? All services and prices were extremely fair and all less than I expected. I will continue to bring my dogs to EAH as long as I live in this area. I recommend them to everyone!

I was very happy with the service that I received when we adopted our dog. I have been impressed every since as well. We have taken our dog in for his shots and also had him boarded while we were on vacation. I can tell he was very loved while we were gone.

All I can say is thank gosh for the other vet in town. Effingham animal hospital staff does shady things. What started out as finding my dog in pain ended with hundreds of dollars spent without the doctors correctly diagnosing. He had pain when eating and stopped eating all together. I took him to Effingham animal where the doctor spent 5 mins with him and said it was a bad tooth. Later after he did not recover we took him back. They put him under and found a huge gash in his throat. After surgery I was told he was given extra vaccines that I never agreed to. When I questioned it I was basically told ya you did. My dog suffered for over a week due to the doctors unwillingness to further investigate his pain. I have since used Webb animal clinic exclusively and thankfully after another strange incident they had a diagnoses within ten minutes of me dropping him off that saved his life.
