Did not like this place at all when i first drove my car off the lot. Luckily they got new advisors and Chris from chrysler services has been exceptionally helpful and polite to me. Although it is still nearly impossible to receive calls back i still am more than pleased with the turn around this place has done. Thank you!

I wish there was a way to leave a 0 rating. This place is a a scam. Please be carful and double check all work that is done. Took in my truck for a front hub replacement that I know is bad, and they lied to me saying it was safe to drive. They lied about being able to order parts on time and about having a truck lift available to lift my truck. The mechanic had a smirk on his face Like he knew the guy who checked before him lied. This was there top micanic. I made them apologize to me and took my business elsewhere. I can't afford to have them take three days to do one day's work. I am a driver for a living.😠😠😠 This business lacks the fundamental principles of integrity. They lie through their ass.

We are so happy with Freedom & our experience overall. In the last 2 months we've leased two new vehicles & both times the salesmen & management have gone out of their way to help us get into our new vehicles & to make sure we're happy. Most recently we dealt with Richard in sales & he was fantastic to work with. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to & he went above & beyond to get us a deal that worked for us. We went window shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and ended up test driving the Grand Cherokee and Cherokee. They had a beautiful 75 anniversary Cherokee in the show room and that is what we ended up going with. Chris S was wonderful. He helped us with our trade ins and getting us financed to a price we felt comfortable with. A week out with our Jeep we love it! The team at Freedom was great to deal with and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!
