Food was good. But 1 person serving 32 people on the banquet side was a disappointment. Too much $$ for such slow service. The one server was great and tried her best but with that many people one person can only do so much. I would have hoped that they would have put more people on for a luncheon with that many people (it wasn't cheap!). I left before dessert.

Amazing food and a very nice atmosphere. The upstairs bar/lounge is very inviting. My sister having gluten issues we were skeptical of an Italian restaurant being able to accommodate. She said that they had a great selection and what she orders she really enjoyed.

Wow! Haven't been there in many yearsAwesome! We where accompanied by 10 of our close friendsa large group to say the least had reservations and they where ready when we got there on a busy Saturday night. Service was top notchthank you Kristina! Plan to go back soon, and often!

Oh, God. The waitress we had was SO aggressive, coarse, pushy, bored and irritated with us and our whole stupid paying customer routine that halfway through ordering we really just wanted to run. I wish we had. The service was just so harsh, but also neglectful. My husband and I got two entirely different dishes that somehow were exactly the same color. The pasta was overcooked and swimming in sauce. Whenever we were asked if we wanted more tea or something it felt like an angry dare more than a request to serve. Truly effed up. We went based on a bunch of good reviews online, no doubt written by staff members and family friends. One visit was two too many. No, just no.

Was in Manchester, NH for Labor Day weekend and found this italian grille on the web and decided to try it out. Me and my husband were so glad with our choice that we went two nights in a row for another delicious meal! Food was excellent! Service was top notch! Love love! Would definitely go back if I am in the Manchester area again!

The Fratello's special pie is one of the greatest pizza's I've ever had. Staff and service is excellent. Italian margarita is soooo nice..my new favorite pizza equal to Cantore's NY style "old school" pie.

Good food and friendly service. Always a fairly long wait for dinner on the weekends so we usually go in the late afternoon to avoid that. During peak hours parking can be difficult.

My family recently chose Fratello's for a memorial dinner. Attendance was greater than we expected. Without advanced warning, the staff took quick action with additional seating and plenty of good food for all. I was very pleased with the presentation and quality of the food and the comfortable atmosphere of the venue.

What a great place for a date night. Big parking lot but it's usually fullSo get there early. The wait time is typically expected on the weekend so plan ahead. Upstairs has a nice waiting area so grab a drink and relax with the fireplace and TV. The food is outstanding. Haven't had a questionable meal yet. The staff is friendly and accomadating. Always a great meal.

First time ever going there and won't be the last. Loved it brought the whole family and it was nice. Staff was great service was above what was expected. Very clean love there oatmeal cookies they are the best. Beautiful inside too.
